Great company to deal with…
Used the video call option to preview an engagement ring. Very helpful and relaxed service with no selling pressure from the company. Ring that I bought was perfect and very happy with the product. Came in nice presentation box and delivered in a timely manner. Also had to use the resizing offer, and received the ring back within the week.
Excellent company to deal with, and have already booked an appointment to visit their London branch to look at compatible wedding rings.

Exceptional quality
The ring was just as we wanted the quality and craftsmanship was second to none. Was so well packaged and came with all relevant documents. The ring far exceeded our expectations. Cannot fault Purely Diamonds!
I have used purely diamonds for several purchases and their service and products are always top notch! Customer Service and bracelet 2nd to none
Wow - was blown away by the service, David could not have done any more to find the perfect bracelet, and have it shipped next day.
Throughout David listened to what I was looking for, sent me photographs and gave me great advice, less than 24 hours later I had my bracelet at my home and on my wrist.

New additions to collection
Within the last few years I have purchased five items of jewellery from this company including rings, a neclace and a bracelet.
The most recent was a Christmas gift hidden away since September. A beautiful rose gold / diamond tennis bracelet and a white gold diamond & pink Saphire ring.
From start to finish, the customer service is excellent.
The jewellery is worn daily and never removed, all standing up to the usual vigour of daily life, holidays and sport.
All high quality and beautifully made.
I cannot fault this company at all. Highly recommended.
