Excellent customer service
I've used Purely Diamonds a few times in recent years and always been impressed by their service.
I had to contact them regarding a slight plating issue recently and was overwhelmed with how quickly they were able to fix it and return it. I imagined it would take more than a week but it was almost a same day return by registered post.

Excellent online jewellers.
We have had two different orders over the last 12 months for family celebrations with each item being specifically made to order. These were delivered within the promised timescales. Although there was a minor issue with one of the items, this was dealt with promptly by the company, which has excellent customer services, and we are delighted with our purchases. Great experience
Great experience, lots of communication and the end product was very good! When there was issues the company was forth coming.
On arrival the ring was too big they then catered to resize it and this process was simple and quick.

Then, asked for an actual picture of the diamond, which they did through whatsapp. From the making to delivery, they were very patient with all my queries and concerns.
