A good shopping experience
Lovely easy website and plenty to choose from.
The quality of the goods made this a five-star experience. The company packaged the goods with great care. I had an issue with the courier, where the box was quite damaged. If the items inside had not been so well-protected then my items would certainly have been broken.
As far as the company goes - a first class experience and quality goods.
The courier let the experience down, but I can't mark down for this because it is not the company's fault. I have taken the issue up with the owners of Purple Lotus (to advise them that the box was damaged) and with the courier (to complain to them about the damage to the box)
