Ordered 2 cabinets in March, one excuse after another as to why they couldn"t deliver (although delivery initially promised within 14 days). Still waiting, 6 months later. Can't contact them - they won't respond to my e-mails and phone line is disconnected.
Do not deal with this company

Very poor experience with this company. Bought and pay almost £500 for a black gloss unit and was promised delivery in June. Cantacted in July when I had heard nothing and received an email response apologising that there was a further delay and that item would be delivered in August. Contacted again in September only to find website and phone number was no longer in use. After some investigation found that company had ceased trading 6 days after they sent the email to me. Have now requested my bank to recover funds through chargeback scheme. Advise anyone in a similar position to do the same.

i orderd a console and mirror in april i havent still received eney thing uptill now and been contacting them and no answer this is second time them doing fraud once with a company name furnituredeal4u.com and then secong company was qualityfurniture4u.com so please eney one reading this message never ever trust eney company by similar website. t akhtar

I ordered an item of furniture in May and after emailing them (to which I did get a reply), they said I would receive delivery in August. I have since emailed after finding that the website has disapeared to ask for a refund and have heard nothing at all. I had never used this site before and stupidly thought it looked a good, trustworthy site as prices were competitive. I am furious for those people who have innocently trusted this company and inturn they have taken our money and run!

Full of empty promises and quick to take your payment but hang on to your money when you request a refund will never use again and wished i had read the reviews previous to placing my order think they are the worst company i've ever dealt with and will be reporting to trading standards. Deal with them at your peril !!!!!!!!!!!!!

For info, there is a message on another forum from trading standards in Stockport saying there is a note on the premises door from a bailiff re unpaid rent. It seems that the business has ceased trading ftb. I was 'lucky' and eventually got my furniture but many pieces were damaged and the promised replacements never materialised. Time to tackle my credit card provider.

I ordered furniture in March and it has still not been delivered. I have paid for it and the piece is still advertised. My concern is growing that I will never see my furniture. I have only received updates when I have badgered the company. They have not lived up to their delivery promise and this is damaging their reputation.

Does anyone know if this company has gone bust, as i have paid for furniture, no answer from them by either phone or e-mail and like the last comment, website no more? i'm now concerned they have ran off with lots of my money? thanks

We ordered furniture from them at the end of April and were promised a delivery of 7 - 10 days. It finally arrived 10 weeks later after loads of emails which took ages to reply to and several phone calls which just went through to voicemail.

They did promise us a refund to compensate for our inconvenience but we are still waiting.

Rang them today and their voicemail message says their inbox is full and their website doean't seem to be working either so perhaps we are lucky that we got our furniture and are happy with it as others may not be so lucky.

Shame as their prices were competitive and when you could get hold of someone they were always very apologetic.

I was really impressed with the overall service I received, website was clear and easy to use and lots of choice. I couldn't be in on the day they promised to deliver it but they were really friendly and we arranged another day for delivery.

I paid for my goods in December 2010 it is now March and I am still waiting, i have sent them e-mails asking them when the furniture will be arriving and they can not give me a date, canciled order 17th Feb but have not recivied any feed back when this will be returned to my bank. unless you ring them they will not contact you!!!!!!
