Poor quality item
Poor quality item, not what I expected
I bought a lovely light weight jacket, only been worn a handful of times before I noticed the seem had come away on one of the arms. No help from customer service as is outside their faulty 6 month policy (not sure that says much about quality expectations if they're not prepared to stand behind their products!)

I can only apologise about the issues you had with the item, however most online retailers only offer a 30 day return window for faulty goods and 14 days for return for refund, we extended this to 30 days for returns and 6 months for faults which is way more than many other retailers offer in the same sector.

I already have this sweater in pink and is the same size as the blue one I ordered. This blue one is larger. I have cut the labels out and have worn it so unfortunately cannot return it I am rather disappointed

Apologies for the mix up the dispatch emails are automated and get sent out as the order is marked as sent, we usually try to notify customers before the email goes out to inform of any out of stocks, but sometimes there is a delay in this getting passed to the customer service team.
