Ordered and paid for a Parasol cover on 17th July 2024, order number 142310. Promised me several times that this would be delivered week after week.
On 12th September I receive the following message:
“Many thanks for your message.
Unfortunately, we do not have any further information regarding your order at this time.
Therefore, if you would like to cancel the order for a full refund, please reply by return and we will of course action this for you.”
I replied requesting a refund but no money has been received to date. Also telephone number for them now not in service!
Please refund what I paid immediately.

Ordered a starburst mirror in August and paid by PayPal over 3 months. Never received mirror I ordered from them but originally got my first payment back, however after that 2 more payments taken from my bank account which, after unanswered emails, I have still not got these payments back, and no one has contacted me. PayPal not hpful either, won't be using either again.

Qubox "were" a very dishonest company…
Qubox were a very dishonest company prior to them going under. I would give them Zero stars if I could!
I ordered a parasol, and base for just shy of £800 from this company on 15th August. I phoned them first to see if they could price match one of the items which they did. At no time did they say there would be any delays or issues with dispatching the order, so I went ahead and placed it.
Two weeks later, I chased them only to be told there were supplier delays, and I would be contacted soon, however long “SOON” is?
Chased again a week later only to receive another delaying tactic fob off response. All email responses from Qubox were on a new thread with the subject “Re Price match” which had nothing to do with the query I had raised, and no content of my query.
This is usually a warning sign, and a sure sign of a dishonest company trying to make things difficult, and try and avoid any audit trail, knowing full well the company was going under.
They would have known this at the time I placed my order, and no doubt lots of others yet they still continued to take, and accept new orders. For this to have happened, and the company to go under, they would have known these months, and months prior to August. This doesn’t happen overnight
Chased them another two times, but no response to those emails.
Fortunately, I paid via credit card, so I was covered and refunded. Unfortunately, summer has been and gone!
Don't Order Anything from Qubox
As per all the other reviews I ordered an item on 17th August 2024, have chased it twice and despite reassuring telephone conversations was assured item would be delivered. Never received and now website has removed contact telephone numbers.
I've raised issue with PayPal.
Companies House show company still trading with details, names and addresses of Directors if you wish to look them up.
Obviously something going terribly wrong with this Company !!!

Made order for light fittings over a month ago. After 2 weeks, no sign of despatch so I requested to cancel the order. Have chased twice now and still no refund. Please save your time and effort and avoid this company.

I ordered some garden furniture at the beginning of august. It was meant to take 7 days, I kept calling and they kept saying it was coming, they kept blaming dispatch and delivery companies. Eventually I cancelled the order but still no refund after over 2 weeks and now the phones say closed!( it’s 4 on a Monday afternoon)I’m having to try to claim the money back through my credit card now. Order confirmed, never delivered it has been over 1 month - no update, no contact and no way to speak to a human being. No customer service response to emails or calls and no way to get in touch. Diabolical.
Do not order the business has gone bad…
It looks like the business has gone bad or out of business. We placed an order in August and have heard nothing from them as to what is happening with delivery since purchase was confirmed. Over the weekend all customer services information and contact forms have been removed from their website. No one answers the phone. Speaking to citizens advice and trading standards to get support and assistance.
Do not use, they robbed me
Ordered a Gazebo circa £500, received email to confirm and nothing more, delivery date has been and gone. All contact info is missing on Website, you cannot cancel either. Tried to telephone (had number on confirmation email) numerous times only to be on hold for over 60 minutes and got cut off, tried the message service but no response and now will not allow you to leave a voicemail. Got all the indicators of a Company going bump, DO NOT USE. Lucky for me I used CC so can apply for refund that way. FOLLOW UP: Well the website now has the message to tell everyone they have "Ceased Trading" advising it has been a difficult time. Wasn't too difficult to leave the website trading taking peoples hard earned money with no intention of supplying the goods. They politely ask you to contact your payment provider for a refund. My heart goes out to all who paid via debit rather than credit. Despicable way to treat people.

Purchased a lamp on the 09 August 2024 ... Received no tracking number, so made contact after 7 days and they advised there was an issue with my order along with others and offered a refund since then and numerous ignored phone calls and emails to date am still to see any funds returned. Ordered a table and side table in June totalling £1200 was told they were due to be delivered end of august, Phoned a few times beginning of September only to be fobbed off saying they would look into it and get back to me and no reply. Tried contacting them in the last couple of weeks, Waited over an hour on the phone each time and still no answer, Left Voicemails and Messages and still nothing. I paid through Klarna so I’m hoping there’s a way I can get my money back through that.

Absolutely horrific experience with this company. Ordered an ‘in stock’ item yet over two months later I still do not have the item and despite the company promising a refund this has not happened and for two weeks now the phone has been ringing out and no one will return my call or respond to my emails, which are apparently responded to within 24 hrs - I now have no choice but to put in a claim with my credit card and I will be reporting this to trading standards to try to prevent anyone else going through this. I’m currently £1500 out of pocket!

AVOID. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. I paid £500 for furniture items that did not arrive. Lead times advised as 7-10 days pre-purchase, but when I ordered and paid for the items the order confirmation email stated they would be in touch when the items would be sent. This did not happen. Chased twice & eventually was advised by Josh at Qubox they would have to issue me a refund as there were problems at their warehouse, which probably meant they didn’t have the items & probably never did. He said a refund would be issued in 7-10 days. TO DATE, DESPITE CHASING THIS TWICE OVER THE LAST MONTH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. This company still have my money. They have ignored multiple emails where I have tried to raise a complaint & any time I try to call I cannot get through as line constantly busy or perhaps their phone is off the hook. The automated phone message asks callers to check out their excellent reviews on Feefo & Qubox have had the cheek to email me to leave a review & possibly win £100. I want my £500 back!! Their Feefo reviews appear to edit out bad reviews for some reason, compared to Trustpilot where there are many reviews like mine, so I don’t even trust Feefo either. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and keep it & don’t supply what you pay for. Thieves.

I think the 5-star reviews must be fake.
I placed 2 orders on the 25th August. Both items said they were, and still are in stock and have a 10-14 day delivery time. Despite contacting them multiple times I am told "We can't provide further information at this time but you can have a refund".
I haven't received any information to begin with let alone further information. I get the strong impression they never intend to deliver the items in the first place and take people's money to do whatever they are doing with it until you ask for a refund.
Awful company - do not order from here.

Avoid this company - they will simply lie to you, waste your time and steal your money. Endless excuses are offered for non-delivery to string you along. I would give zero stars if I could. I have reported this outfit to my credit card and Trading Standards. I will refer the matter to the Police if I do not get a refund soon given the theft involved. My worst ever on line shopping experience. Avoid this company.
