Sent used product thrown in a used shipping box. Horrible customer services. BEWARE! Sold item as new. First and last time using this service, what a waste of time.

Worst website and customer service ever. They cancelled 3 separate orders several days after they were placed without explanation. Telephone "support" could not explain it and assured me that the orders would be processed--but they were all cancelled.

First of all, stop soliciting via phone calls. If I want to use your company, I will use it. Calling my cell phone does not actually make me want to shop with your company. In fact, it does the opposite. Second, your company discontinued a product that was under the Medical Arts Press copyright, and then discontinued it, as well as making it so it is impossible for us to get the other product from MAP we used to use as it's now under a "custom order" function that despite customizing it to have NO HOLES, it continued to come with holes, which makes the product unusable at our practice. We have ordered it THREE SEPARATE TIMES, one of which was DIRECTLY THROUGH QUILL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT, and they STILL arrived hole punched. And now I'm being asked to pay for said product despite multiple times being said I was being credited to our account for the product being wrong. Frankly at this point, I don't care about the discounts given for being a sapphire member or whatever, I'll just do my business elsewhere.

Ordered a monitor then they send me a cancellation email. Tried various ways to find out why. Never got a reason. Cancellation order number is not even the real order number and all records of my order is wiped from my online account....

Great online purchasing experience. Fair prices.

Starting out as a new business I chose Quill to order products for my company. I began making orders for my business but was unable to invoice payments under NET 30 terms without making a certain amount of pre-purchases. I find this unfair that I was not initially offered NET 30 terms. I spoke with other new business partners and they stated Quill offered them NET 30 payment options right out the gate. Feeling unfairly treated.

Excellent experience with making an order

When reaching out to return a steam mop I purchased, not only did they credit my account, they also did not make me return the unused mop (which we all know can be a hassle and many companies make you pay for return shipping), AND they encouraged me to donate it to a local non-profit of my choosing! This shows that not only do they have great customer service, but they have great morals and truly care about our community! For this reason, I will be giving all of my company's office supply business to Quill in the future!!
