I introduced them to co-workers for a better option than the usual chain stores. When I started my business, I knew that Quill would be my supplier for more than just office supplies.

Never received complete custom order
We ordered custom envelopes for our billing period. The envelopes were on our acct as billed and shipped. Never received. Finally, after billing period past, we received half our order. Multiple calls to customer service did not resolve. Their final solution was to cancel our order and start over, completely forcing us to miss our billing deadline. We had to purchase what we needed at a local big box store. Terrible customer service and delivery service.

Excellent Company
The website is easy to use and find items. The arrival of the orders never takes long. If there is an issue or error the company always finds a way to correct it and I have never had an issue with refunds. I also save money on items we use a lot being a rewards member.

We understand there has been uncontrollable price increases for many items in today's market. One great way we have to save money and reduce the price cost is by using earned rewards points for $ off savings on the order. As well always check for HOT DEALS and sale items on our website.
