RAC Tyres Avis 

Pleased with my choice of RAC Tyre Repair. I made a mistake in my choice of tyre, called the team who were more than happy to help. My initial order was cancelled and a new one created with the correct tyre.
The local fitter (Protyre Gloucester) chosen by RAC Tyre were very professional, welcoming and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Bravo to all.

New Front tires wearing abnormally on inside edges, to the point of being illegal,
No one has been able to find out why.
Had always suspected tracking, on a recommendation from our breakdown service provider RAC, took the car to Protyres Cheltenham for Two new tires and tracking.
Very pleasant experience, but on tire removal fitter discovered a fault in the front suspension, a costly repair, but would save money on tires in the long run, our vehicle has been to four other garages and even had an MOT and No one spotted the suspension fault.

Easy to order the tyre I wanted for my daughter who was 300 miles away with a puncture! Tyres were fitted at a garage local to her within 48 hours.

Tyres ordered through website. Best choice was from RAC tyres. Purchased mid-range product. Good write up. Fitted locally two days later. Cannot fault the whole process.

Great service no complaints

Purchased 4 tyres & balancing online via RAC 6 days ago for fitting 3 days ago. The tyres were specifically chosen for towing. Having driven 25 mile round trip x2 the tyres have yet to be delivered to the nominated garage. Spoke to RAC tyres only to be told that they needed to contact the courier for proof of delivery, after a few more telephone calls I was told that their supplier won't be able to deliver for another 6 days! Really not impressed. Poor communication and rubbish service on the part of the RAC

I ordered a pair of tyres in good faith only to be told by the guy fitting them that they were actually 3 years old. When I raised this with RAC they claimed that tyres up to 5 years old are considered “new”. Well, not by me. As I only do a very low annual mileage it’s likely the tyres will deteriorate long before the tread is worn. If I’d known the tyres were 3 years old there is no way I’d have bought them. I thought I was dealing with a reputable, trustworthy company - unfortunately not.

Very easy to order with a good choice on the site. Prices to suit all budgets. Personally, I chose mid-range tyres. They were Michelin made with another name. Good write-ups from others. Let's see how they do.

Very impressed that it only cost £8 for someone to come out and take off the old tyre and fit a new one. I was able to book on line very quickly and easily which was a great help during a busy working week.
