outstanding customer service and great prices
I have ordered a number of items from SMR Bathrooms - radiators, radiator valves, towel rail. the prices are the best on the net. next day free delivery. i have ordered the wrong size towel rail, spotted it only 1 months later when we were about to install it. called customer services with very little hope of returning it as it was well beyond their 14days for returns... they agreed, collected it next day and i got my refund. I am so grateful, Laura - thank you so much for being so amazingly helpful!

MD input resolved issue.
I bought a shower glass renovation kit. However there was insufficient limescale remover and I could not clean the glass enough to apply the surface treatment. After MD input I was offered a £5 refund to cover my purchasing an alternative limescale remover. I bought Bar Keepers Friend (£2.50) from B and Q, which was very effective and totally removed the limescale. Thanks to the MD.

Delivered in a timely manner, and a quality product, there may be cheaper out there but the old saying you only get what you pay for. What I would say you need to be good at DIY to fit, overall we are more than happy with the purchase.

I ordered a heated towel rail from SMR bathrooms. They gave me lots of advice over the telephone. They phoned me shortly after I'd ordered to tell me that the item was out of stock, and helped me choose a different towel rail, which arrived promptly. I am very pleased both with the product & the service

Good service at good price
The price of the radiator was comparable to other sites viewed online but the reviews of this business were good so I chose to purchase from them. The delivery was quick. The radiator was well packed and when unpackaged had no marks. I would certainly order from this business again. One improvement would be if an email could be sent to inform of day of delivery.
