Scummy scummy people, the depth that these people will go to for money is beyond a joke. Director legally Riccardo Williamson but in reality it was Jack Abady/Murtada Abady/ Rico banks an unethical low life who does nothing but pressure people for money to pay for his lifestyle and rent. Ties to intimidate staff, will happily just open a new company and recruit new staff. Finds untrained staff so he doesn’t have to pay them any more than minimum wage. Trains them with his unethical ways. Without his scam he has nothing to his name. Companies he’s had… re rates, rateable value experts, my rates and optimise business rates which he shortly changed to optimise rates once everyone caught on. Now shut all his websites down. All I can say is if you get a call saying you’re overpaying on rates and that they’ve got your bill. Put the phone down. Not worth your money.

SCAMMERS. TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER HELPED US

I have paid this company £1600 to act on my behalf the government have suspended them and now the phone line is dead and sent several emails no reply I was told if they were not successful I would get a full refund but they have disappeared…. I will be seeking legal advice

Company is suspended and under formal government investigation. CEO has resigned and no staff registered at companies house. Don't risk any money with these scammers.

Please please please DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.
They have scammed my business out of £14,000 the fraud team are on to them, Lucy the director has now resigned, although she will probably set up again with another company name. They seem legitimate to begin with gain your trust, get your money and disappear. This is really serious and she needs to be caught before doing it to others. Remember the name Lucy Erica Ormandy do not touch anything to do with her.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We are a family business who have been harassed for money and we even received fake emails that RVE claimed were from a government body!! We made a immediate payment for them to submit OUR check only to lie and say they had our business rates to 0.00 then demanded £28,000.00. They claim to be a preferred agent of the Valuations office....This is NOT true!

Do not deal with this company. Lucy Ormandy is the director and who also deals with the cases and steals money from her clients. It is infact her name on the bank related to the company, which unmasks the unprofessionalism and SCAM.

Avoid RATEABLE VALUE EXPERT at all Costs!Do not trust this company—they are nothing but deceitful scammers! They’ve scammed me twice for a total of £1000, and they had the audacity to try again. They even called me with fake invoices, pressuring me for more money. Stay far away from them!

Great experience! I was interviewed as a paid consultant via Rateable Value Experts. Set-up was easy & quick, direct & to the point! I was paid on time & exactly how they said I would be compensated. The company was very approachable & responsive to any concern. They reached out to me with polite reminders of my interview time, and also reminders of how to check & make sure I received my payment. It was a great experience & I'd appreciate any opportunity to work with them again!

I was a bit skeptical when I received an email from this company for paid market research as there are too many scammers online. I'm glad I gave it a go though, it was such a joy to take part in this focus group research activity and get paid for my opinions and time. This is one of the best classes I have ever participated in. Rateable is always giving the best examples and practical scenarios where you can map to the daily life of scrum practices. The simulation-based practical session is the best part of the class.

Communication was excellent prior to the focus group. The group was well run and was a fun experience. The staff was very friendly.

I personally paid them £10,000, and they did absolutely nothing. Every time I tried to speak to the manager, I was told he was on holiday—for six months! After all that, they had the audacity to demand even more money, using intimidation tactics. These people are complete frauds, heartless scammers who will take your money and vanish. Please don’t make the mistake I did. Stay far away from this company.

Do not trust these scammers! They demand upfront fees of over £7,000, which no honest company would ever do. The contract they give you is so poorly written it looks like a joke, full of legal jargon that doesn’t match what they tell you verbally. Once you’re locked in, they’ll start harassing you with threatening phone calls from some sketchy office in Bolton, trying to squeeze more money out of you.

Fraudulent company - look at the overwhelming negative reviews.
I strongly urge small businesses that have been victimized by these scammers to post reviews using their company names rather than personal identities to avoid retaliation.
A simple Google search of Rateable Value Experts and Re-Rates will reveal damning newspaper reports exposing them as a single entity running a fraudulent scheme.
The so-called positive reviews are likely fabricated by their own staff, and Trustpilot lacks the resources to verify their authenticity, allowing these misleading reviews to stay up.

FRAUD ALERT: Since taking our money, they have not responded to any of our E-Mails, Their Telephone number is an answerphone that says "we are currently experiencing high volumes of calls" even if you call at 03:00hrs. It's an answer machine with no means of leaving a message. Also take note of any E-Mails you get and EXACTLY what E-Mail address these come from as invoices are sent from a scam E-Mail program!

SCAMMERS, AVOID. lies after lies and once they take your money. You will not hear from them ever again. You calls will be ignored, no communication at all. These people hada company before the Rateable value expert and they closed that one down for being dodgy and started this company and they still doing the same thing. All the 5 star reviews been written by them self. Don't fall for it if you don't want to lose your money.

RVE were a letdown. Their "help" only complicated things, with no time or money saved. I wouldn't recommend them.
