We'll. after buying an electric scooter for my daughters 8th birthday, I thought all would be well . I was wrong... The scooter is the cheapest rubbish I have ever came across. I know quite a bit about internet sales and suppliers, having once had my own on line business. I entered the serial Number off the box, into a search engine, and was horrified to find RC Hobbies supplier. ALIBABA. A Chinese website, selling directly to the public. These scooters have no safety guidelines what so ever. The Chinese have no copy right laws. And you can import ( for a very cheap price) cheap, un tested electricals. The scooter is currently priced, on ALIBABA, at $35.00, yes, 35 dollars. That's around, £23.00. Absolute rubbish. AVOID THIS COMPAMY AT ALL COSTS. It is man, who has a garden shed, a laptop and who imports cheap Chinese rubbish for sale here in ENGLAND.

Our brand new RC car had caught on fire in the boot of our car! RC-Hobbies have been unhelpful so far saying it was water damage however I know it wasn't as it wasn't out in any rain whatsoever. We did buy 2 cars and know the one was faulty as the other car is working brilliantly. Still waiting to hear from them...

1) I recently purchased a Pershing tank . I advised them that the battery charger they sent did not work. They promised to replace but nothing arrived.
2) Also the filler pipe for the smoke control had been miss-aligned, subsequently the oil I added just ran into the tank body. As a result the smoke unit burnt out.
I have tried to contact the company by email and by phone without success
I placed a negative review on their website, this was removed. So I added another.
I purchased this tank because of the excellent reviews from previous customers. My experience has been very poor and unacceptable.
27/10/12 replacement charger finally received no contact regarding the faulty filler pipe. My second review was agin removed from the website. why dont they face up to the issues i have????

Just ordered a acme brushless Barbarian EXL truck came the day I asked great service Guy sounded nice on phone and the truck is super fast and built great for the price you cant beat it even comes with charger thanks.Phillip

Great Product excellent service, ordered Sunday night arrived Wednesday morning.
Smoke operation better than expected. Increases with change from idle to movement.
Soun-d track great fun and loud
BB firing absolutely awesome and recoil fabulous (be warned this has a powerful BB firing mechanism and would blind and cause wounding to children and animals) be careful.
Has very good and sensitive directional control (only criticism on the spot turn can be too quick)
Full turret and cannon control up, down, left and right.
The supplied 7.2v 1700maH NiCad gave in excess of 35min on a full charge.
The translation of the instructions is comical as usual and some important aspects are missing completely namely charging the battery it requires approx 4Hrs with the supplied.
Overall this is great value for money and great fun see internet for some good mods.

i bought the acme condor kit off this site in spite of some of the bad reviews about a year ago now, i cannot fault the delivery although it was £9 which was a bit steep as most sites have free delivery over £50 or £100, some of the products are also a bit pricey but that doesnt mattter for the quality of them and delivery
