Andy was great! He made everything easy and straight forward to change providers with no hassle. He went through the training with ease.

Gary was a brilliant engineer, he went above and beyond to solve any issues that arose during the installation of our new phone system. Very friendly and personable. A great asset to Reach Telecoms.

We have been with reach for a number of years and decided to go for an upgrade. We had a complicated install which took time but the engineers were great at keeping me informed at every stage until everything was working successfully.

We've been having phone quality issues for months, having had numerous visits to resolve the issues but to no avail. Andy met me on site this morning (very pleasantly considering I was late), not only did he managed to resolve the issue succinctly, he also concisely explained what the issue was and worked with me in order to get the problem fixed. Also a very pleasant chap. Great experience!

Ben the engineer was fantastic!, sorted all and and got everything working in 2 days, nothing was too much. We've been with Reach for 3 or 4 years now and everything has always been as it should be with any issues we have had being sorted within hours.
Can't fault the company or service.

James attended to set up our Reach Telecom system. From telephone call prior to installation, visit for installation, to after care service via email, he was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. Would highly recommend, great asset to Reach Telecom

Ben came out to us for 2 days to install all of our new phones, he showed us exactly how all the handsets work and was more than happy to help us with any questions or queries we had. Really happy with the service he provided us.

An excellent service provided by Ben Mulholland during the onsite install of our new telephone system.

Mike was extremely helpful and gave great detail which was super helpful as i i am not very technical.

Andy the Reach Engineer recently assisted St Enodoc Golf Club in upgrading its telephony. He was very efficient, professional, courteous and patient during his time here. Definitely a credit to Reach Telecom and their customer service standards.

Great solution and the installation couldn't have gone better. Helped show us all about the new technology and even set up an old phone we had that we weren't making use of!

So far so good! No complaints from us!

The engineer Ben was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. The Care Home is a conversion of three old buildings with very thick walls which our Wi-Fi and telephones had difficulty with. Ben ensured that all rooms now have Wi-Fi and the telephones work throughout the Care Home. Excellent service
