We had a superb experience when our engineer Wayne upgraded and installed a new system into our somewhat prehistoric business. I have to say nothing was too much for him, and despite there being loads of repetitive questions from ourselves, he was always very helpful and would go above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable before he left. Reach should be very proud of employees such as Wayne, he's a credit to your company.
