The men that came seemed very reluctant to take the bed upstairs. We had already removed the old bed( without any issues or things being in the way). They insisted that other items be removed. They did not take plastic covering away either. I had been very explicit on the size of the bed as the room had been built around it. ( the old bed was from Regency) They if'ed and am'ed as to whether it would fit. The feet were not put on nor the lift up mechanism, this we had to fathom out ourselves. The bed itself was just what I had asked for. The gentleman that served me in the shop couldn't have been more helpful.

We visited Regency Bedding with a view to purchasing a new mattress, and were met at the top of the formidable staircase to the main showroom by a Salesman who was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We explained what we wanted, and were shown a range of products and encouraged to lie on them to test them out. We discussed various options with the Salesman, and then he kindly left us to our own devices to spend more time in sleeping positions, and we made a choice. The mattress we selected was available from stock and at a reasonable price.

We asked about mattress covers, and were shown a range, and we selected one to keep the mattress cool too. We then completed the necessary formalities and were offered the chance to have our old mattress taken away when the new one was delivered. The removal of our old mattress was offered at a very reasonable price. Delivery was arranged for two days’ time, which was excellent service.

The delivery guys were friendly and very, very efficient. They removed the old mattress to their van in seconds and then delivered the new one in a cardboard box on wheels. They unpacked the new mattress and removed all the packaging, leaving us only to fit the mattress cover. The whole process took about five minutes.

The new mattress and cover have proved to be very comfortable and we are sleeping well!

All in all, very pleased with all aspects of the service from Regency Bedding.

Great service from Regency Bedding, they got me a mattress cover cheaper than I had been quoted. It fits beautifully. I also bought a memory foam topper and it smells of lavender and has made a hard bed far more comfortable. I also like the way they deliver and have set my beds up in the past.

So pleased I came to Regency and found a sofa. You were very obliging with negotiating.

Delivery on time great help putting into position upstairs. Boys took the tickets and rapping off and away with them. Very tidy.
