Incredibil pentru un spital PRIVAT. Lipsa de amabilitate , de la secretara la doctor ( cu unele exceptii caci peste tot ai ssnsa sa intalnesti un om bun).
Doctorii sunt aici vanzatori de medicamente si teste ( sunt convins ca exista si doctori corecti , numai ca eu nu i-am intalnit)

Abonamentul se prelungește automat fără o notificare prealabilă. Se emite factura iar apoi te amenință cu firma de recuperare creanțe dacă nu plătești.Am comunicat problema și pe e-mail și la call center dar un simplu “va rog să ne scuzați “ costa prea mult. Nesimțire și lipsa de educație maximă

I've been asking Regina Maria for invoices several times after completing the procesures, for me to settle the costs of the procedures through private medical insurance provider. First they sent just a part of the docs via email, after calling them back twice and telling them exactly what are the missing invoices (I've searched for my tax receipts), they were able to send the missing invoices. When asking them the fiscal invoices in original, they didn't reply at all. Because of them I've lost the 30 days time interval to recover my money from the insurer, just because Regina Maria didn't bother to give me the invoices that I am entitled to. Such indolence and carelessness for your clients... you should be ashamed of yourself.

Am incercat de nenumarate ori sa fac o programare prin casa de sanatate, si mi se spune acelasi lucru, ca nu sunt fonduri. Nu exista o modalitate prin care sa ma trec pe o lista de asteptare si sa fiu contactata, ci ar trebui sa sun zilnic, in speranta ca vor aparea fondurile.

Vorbim totusi de Regina Maria. Din pacate, la pomul laudat... :(

If you want to spend your money for nothing go to RM. I spend 100 euros for a simple: repeat analysis and come back ( and ofc spend another 100 euros) . Avoid them.

They are scammers.I had contract with them. I wnet in another country without acces for application. I wanted to pay the bill and wrote to support. This guy's didn't answer and after 2 months so I lost the contract with all benefits until then. Iaid the money imeditaley after I return but this guy's didn't do nothing and I am Shure they like the situation. They respond like robots... bad experience

They pretend to care but in fact they just want the money.
They extended out medical subscription for another year, even though I specifically asked them to cancel it in advance.

It took them 9 days to put the results in the system for periodical work check-up, for which on the spot they told me I have passed it.

They fraud me for 500 lei. They told me in the phone to go to emergency room. I went there. They said they can’t do anything. I still had to pay for nothing. 180 lei for covid rapid test

Am ales sa scriu acest review in limba romană, chiar dacă și in limba engleză îmi era la fel de ușor, însă dezamăgirea nici măcar o limba straina nu poate exprima cu adevărat ceea ce am simțit eu. Acum exact o luna de zile, a trebuit sa plec din Marea Britanie pentru o vacanța spre Dubai cu mică escala la București de 3 zile. Înainte sa plec, o durere ușoară spre acuta la ovarul drept experimentam. Devenea din ce in ce mai greu și nici-un analgezic nu își făcea cu adevărat treaba, durerea era foarte surda pana la greață propriu-zisa. M-am programat la Regina Maria de îndată ce am ajuns, la clinica Băneasa, mailul îmi confirma programarea cu doamna doctor Șerban Adela pentru un control ginecologic normal in valoare de 800 lei. Ajunsa in cabinetul doamnei, mi-am spus of-ul, gândindu-ma ca așa este normal. Doamna doctor din prima clipa mi-a inspirat un pic de grandomanie, însă am pus accent pe faptul ca poate îmi este mie prea rău, si nu e dreptul meu sa judec omul la prima vedere. In timpul consultului, a avut o expresie ușor ne-umanist zicând ca am un chist de 5 cm hemoragic pe tot ovarul drept. Am fost dezamagita, am început sa plâng pe loc, știind ca am doar 27 de ani si lucrul asta îmi poate afecta fertilitatea, am întrebat de îndată ce pot face ce tratament iau, având in vedere ca trebuie sa plec in vacanța si sa îmi priască. Dansa nici nu a clintit, ridicând mainile in sus ca si cum i-ar fi zis cineva “mainile sus!!!” Zicând nu exista tratament, nu pot sa îți prescriu nimic, trebuie sa te operezi ca sa poți scapă de el, e foarte mare si trebuie sa traiesti cu durerea pana îl scoți afara. Întreb iar, “sunteți sigura, puteți sa îmi mai Spune-ți si altceva ?” La care dansa foarte ușor neinteresată, da îți recomand analize scor ROMA, poate fi cancer. “Cancer??? Puteți sa îmi dați așa o părere totuși, la cum se vede… sigura câtă experienta aveți puteți sa îmi Spune-ți ceva” la care dansa zice “nu, nu am ce sa zic fa-ti analizele”. Mare mi-a fost și îmi este dezamăgirea și Tristețea nu reușeam sa văd pe unde merg, când am ieșit de atâtea lacrimi și amar. Personal lucrez intr-unul din cele mai mari spitale private din Marea Britanie ce valorează mai mult de £7 miliarde, și as putea usor sa îl asemănare cu Regina Maria la aparente, oamenii de acolo au mai multă umanitate și bun simt decât doamna doctor Șerban Adela. Cu bucurie in suflet va spun ca după un tratament dat de o alta doamna doctor ce ma vedea de când eram copil, la insistentele mamei, am trimis tot pe whatsapp, și doar dintr-o privire mi-a spus ce sa iau. După 1 luna eu nu mai am nici-un chist, însă trauma de neumanitate și grandomanie ma lasă rece, și încă o data mi se demonstrează ca unde se cer bani extrem de mulți, pentru un serviciu ne-calitativ, acolo cunoștințele sunt superficiale. Scriu asta cu gândul ca voi doamnelor și domnișoarelor, va rog din suflet aveți grija ce și unde va duceți, ca uite așa te nenorocește pe viața cineva, și îți poate cea mai mare bucurie pe lume, a fi mamă.

Unprofessional, they gave me some prescription and they aggravated the situation. I had a dermatology problem. The doctor just write the prescription, she didn’t even look at the problem or to take a probe or something to determine the cause. They charge you and they didn’t care.

Its a massively broken system that doesn t work at all. The staff gives you completely opposite informations, its a total lack of knowledge and miss guided communication with the patient.
DO NOT USE THIS PRIVATE CLINIC unless you want to mess up your patience and your nerves.

Japcari! Am platit 165 Lei pt o "consultație" la dermatologie, ca să îmi spună ca ei nu au tehnologia necesara sa facă excizie de nevi. Pai dacă nu ai tehnologia necesara, la ce mai iei bani? Asa oricine poate deschide o clinica, sa ia bani pt constatări.
Sunt numai puși pe furat acești "specialiști "

Terrible management. I used to use their services for annual blood tests, and one day I decided to have a dermatology appointment—big mistake. The doctor was rude and arrogant. She helped me with absolutely nothing. I walked away without solving the issue I came to solve. I made a complaint, I offered lots of details and arguments why I should receive my money back, but they didn't care.

I ran out of my UK prescription for hypertension medicine after an extended stay in Romania because of quarantine regulations. Asking Regina Maria if I could have the prescription issued here (I had a copy) resulted in a “consultation” they required with a cardiologist. This was with Dr Abedini Alireza and was to cost 245 lei. After waiting 40 minutes past the appointment time an assistant collected me and took me for an ECG which I was not expecting. Eventually I saw the cardiologist who also performed a heart ultrasound.

This resulted in me paying 745 lei for services I neither wanted nor needed. Accepting that everyone needs to make a living I took my prescription, which was for brand name drugs rather than generic ones, so I did not recognize them.

I had told Dr Abedini I wanted my current prescription because early prescriptions tried in the UK caused severe side effects but the current one was effective and well tolerated. After I left the pharmacy I found he had prescribed exactly those medications with which I had experienced side effects.

I emailed Regina Maria – no response. My girlfriend called them and they said they would have to check and call her back. No call back. With the drugs I am now 920 lei out of pocket and no further forward until I can return to the UK. Never, ever will I set foot in Regina Maria premises again.
