Repairs Universe Avis 942

I ordered a replacement battery for my LG G7 from them as well as a USB C charging cord. When LG agreed to repair the phone at no cost, I sent the battery back to Repairs Universe. They credited my charge card back less the restocking fee. I then went to use the USB C cable. It would not fit ANY USB C device that I owned. The cable cost $4.99 and it would cost more to send it back to them via USPS then it cost. I chatted with Roshan who agreed to send a replacement. They are now telling me that they need the defective cable back. The shipping to Las Vegas by USPS is approximately $5.00. If they hadn't agreed to replace it originally I wouldn't have been that annoyed, but they changed their "tune" in midstream. Not a really good way to deal with their customers.

I purchase a LCD for my phone and the box arrived crush and the lcd was cracked, I called costumer support and they ask me to send pictures, I did and they just send me a note that their free shipping does not have insurance and they cannot refund or replace the damaged item, They never offer me insurance, They customer support is terrible,No phone calls are answer and their chat service does not work...I just think is a very Irresponsible company, lack of liability and bad materials parts they sale, I just wasted $42. on a damaged LCD, what a shame. Please please DO NOT use this company, use a reputable one that have honest and real customer service and support...I send 6 emails to them in regards to this issue and all they answer as sorry for the inconvenience...

The part arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected.

I have ordered a repair screen last summer for a Pixel 3xl and everything worked fine until about 6 months later, a small region under the screen became black and screen became unresponsive. I contacted support and they said that I had to remove the screen and send it for inspection. Removal physically damaged the screen and I ordered another one as the experience was good the first time. This time, the screen came dead on arrival and I photographed the damage to the screen. I then spent 1/3 of the price to ship it back only to be told that the screen was damaged, referencing the same damage that I reported when receiving the screen.
I got a new screen elsewhere and everything now works fine.

VERY UNSATISFIED! Order the wrong part because of their misleading ad on google and now they don't want to refund me the money after receiving the product back.

The chat customer service promised they will look into it and will email me back by the end of the day. 3 days later, they still haven't said anything so I contacted them again. After a brief chat, I was told that they will not give me a refund because the item arrived later than 30 days. However, their email stated "Please postmark your package no later than February 14 , 2021 or your return cannot be accepted" it was postmarked Feb 13. and they received it on the 18th.

I requested a refund that the agent stopped replying and kicked me out of the chat. So unprofessional. I guess the fact that their chat has as an agent Support3 Support3 and Support4 Support4, etc., shows how legitimate this business is.

Additionally, I paid for 2-day delivery and revived in 4.

The customer service personnel was absolutely sweet

Installing my Google Pixel 3a Screen replacement was super easy!!

What astonished me the most was how easily they shipped.

I ordered a screen replacement for my pixel 3a and had help installing it. I'm so angry and frustrated and want to urge others to consider another vendor:
1. Adhesive not included as advertised. I got a quick reply from the customer service saying they'd send it but it never arrived.
2. Screen color is different from original. More blueish and very bright. That's ok if it weren't for the next issues
3. The screen would flash a blindingly bright white screen every time it switched from the sleep screen with clock to the screensaver.
4. Screen would get stuck, be non-responsive, and I couldn't even turn the phone off anymore.
5. To make things better I was told I could only get refunded if I sent the part "back in pristine condition, without adhesive" etc. HOW that's supposed to happen AFTER installing is beyond me. How I was supposed to know of these issues prior to installing is even further beyond me.
Customer service refused to help any further.
I will never buy from this company again. Will never recommend.
