Terrible experience. I ordered a phone screen and they created a shipping label. Four days later I contacted them because it showed that the screen has not left the building yet. They apologized and said the screen was out of stock and the system should have sent an email. Apparently this "tech" company has no idea how to use their software to monitor their inventory or auto generate emails. Now I have been without a phone for days because of their unprofessionalism. Save yourself the hassle and order from some real pros. Even after I made them aware that they screwed up, the screen is still showing in stock and available to order.

I had such a wonderful time shopping with them.

A few days and my order is at my front door. That's what you call super fast shipping. They're amazing.

I ordered a replacement phone screen; the product page said same-day shipping (I was well within the time frame mentioned) and free two-day shipping on orders over $65 (my screen more than surpassed this). Didn't get a shipping notification until two days after I ordered, and four days later I got a cancellation e-mail because they were out of stock. Complete waste of time; shop elsewhere.

Stay Away! They sell an inferior product and have the is Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their LCD screens are not built or tested to the same standards as OEM. The screen i recieved draws too much current and kills the battery on my 2mo old phone in no time. They know this but try everything they can to blame you. When I contacted customer service they were insulting and refused to help. Im not writing this out of spite, this is merely a warning about what I experienced. Nothing ive ever heard from anyone can compare to the treatment i recieved.

Very affordable parts and I received my package

Repairs Universe has horrible customer service and product handling. They sent me a Google Pixel screen replacement in a bubble wrap envelope when the product is a glass screen! While the product was in it's own product box it was so thin and not protective. I installed the screen and it looked fine but within less than 24 hours a long green pixel bar showed down the screen vertically. I went back and forth with customer service and did the whole returns process the return dept have the nerve to say I damaged the product when they sent me a defective product to begin with. I had to buy another screen replacement from Ebay and it works fine and says it's OEM part.
