I ordered a replacement screen for my wife's Pixel 3a. After I installed it on the phone, it worked for a little over a day. Then the LCD screen began to have grey horizontal lines and the touch screen began to malfunction, followed by a clear separation of the LCD screen and touch screen and then complete failure the display. I returned the screen to Repairs Universe (on my own dime) and they refused to give me a replacement or refund because the screen was broken, even though I explained to them the screen failed AFTER being installed and working fine. DO NOT BUY from Repairs Universe! They obviously sell low quality products and won't replace them when they fail.

I ordered a power/volume button for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. I received it and as soon as I tested it the power button did not work (volume did). Upon calling them, they said that they will test it and would send a replacement if it was defective. Obviously, I had to pay for return shipping (which was fine). As soon as they received the button, they immediately gave me a refund (minus the original shiping charges). It was obvious that they did not want to ship another product (even when they had sent a defective product) since they did not want to pay for the shipping this time (I had paid the original shipping). What a sleazy way to business!!

I placed an order for a battery for my phone as well as a new screen as they can crack when you remove them. Well the order arrived on time, but when I removed the battery from the phone and installed the new one. I found that the battery was defective. I charged it like they told me, but as soon as I remove the charge cord from the phone, it dies. I contacted customer service and they kept saying that I have to remove the old battery and ship it back in order for me to get a replacement. So I would have to take the phone back apart again, install the old battery, wait for the replacement battery to arrive and hope that the screen doesn't crack trying to remove it to replace their defective battery!! Plus I would have to pay to ship them back their defective battery. To me that makes no sense, the battery was defective from the moment I got it! They need to own up that they have a defect and just send me a battery...they definitely showed me that they have poor customer service!!! I will keep contacting them until they make this right!!
