For almost 35 years we have been offering a fantastic choice of nearly new and quality used cars in the heart of Norwich, Norfolk. Operating from two branches in Norwich we have up to 300 vehicles in group stock at any one time available for sale, plus a fully-equipped workshop to carry out servicing and MOTs. Even though we have over 30 years in business, the values which we started with in 1987 are as true today as they were then. Across those 30+ years we have sold more than 45,000 cars - that’s more than 1,400 every year or just under 30 every single week we have been in business. And, we are pleased to say, that many customers have returned to us time and time again to buy their next car from us. We can also count several generations of the same families among our loyal customers. However car sales are not just our main focus. We place huge importance on our after-care service - helping our customers keep their vehicles running well - and have carried out more than 60,000 services and over 30,000 MOTs during our 30+ years.

Good customer service
Went to have a look and was greeted by mark a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble didn’t feel pressured into buying but got a good deal on my trade in and I’m very happy with my new car

Went to measure the interior of a car…
Went to measure the interior of a car and explained to Mark (salesman) what I wanted. He showed me a one owner low mileage Kuga he had just taken in and asked if something like this would do the job. No pressure, friendly, professional service . I bought it on the spot . What a fabulous car, thanks Mark .

Excellent, highly recommended
Mark A the Sales person at Richard Nash Norwich was excellent. I didn't purchase the vehicle because it wasn't quite right for me, however I would highly recommend, my experience was professional, friendly and helpful, I will definitely look up Richard Nash again in the future

Luke at the mousehold lane branch was…
Luke at the mousehold lane branch was simply brilliant. I needed a car that would suit my job that wouldn’t cost me an arm and leg to run. Not only did luke search the entire stock of cars to find me something suitable, he made sure it would be cost effective for my job. He made the process incredibly simple and I drove the car away 10 days later. Many thanks to the whole mousehold lane team
