Really helpful staff on two visits to choose a TV and wall mount. I would have chosen the wrong wall mount without their assistance. Also appreciated the advice to try living with the TV before deciding on a soundbar

Finally got my 60th birthday present!

Professional from start to finish
Jay listened to what we wanted, how we watched tv and then recommended a couple of sets. Then described the benefits of each. Once we had decided, Jay arranged installation. Everything went smoothly and we felt that we were being dealt with by professionals

Started as phone call, great informative staff who were keen to try and help me, easy website with good display of information. Quick and easy delivery with trusted courier, product worked flawlessly. Can’t test their refund/return policy as am happy with product but have confidence it would have gone well!
