Thanks very much for taking the time to leave your review. I’m pleased to hear about the delivery but I’m sorry to read that you experienced some difficulty when paying over the phone. Generally we use a secure e-mail link for remote transactions, as the safest way of accepting such payments, although can accept payment over the phone if necessary. I will of course follow this up with the store to find out what the problems were.

Very rare these days to get such good customer service
I rang the number, it was answered within a few seconds. The guy was very polite and well informed and sorted me out with the right TV in minutes and ensured I had it delivered on time. It is very rare these days to deal with businesses like this which just make it an easy pleasant experience

Always a pleasure to shop at richer sounds. This time I was looking for a stylus cartridge for my father's old 'obselete' turntable.
The fella who served me was very helpful in finding me a correct compatible part made by another company with the same fittings, arranging for it to be delivered Saturday morning when I had ordered on Thursday afternoon, and also demonstrating on a shop turntable how to easily remove and replace the stylus.
Never had anything but the best service from Richer Sounds, would recommend every time.

Great service
The server spent some time with me to understand my needs (a small portable amp). When the item arrived in store and we realised that it needed an extra part, he helped me with that as well. Very good customer service.

The customer service was top class- warm, engaging and informative without overselling. As a retired manager and coach in customer service for a major retailer, I recognise and appreciate this. Collecting the purchase from the store was far less stressful than the abysmal home delivery nonsense I experienced last time I went for that option. Once bitten twice shy. So, good job!

I choose Richer Sounds because the level of service you get is always exceptional.
Due to reasons beyond my control I needed to exchange two 43" TV's for two 32' Gaming Monitors. Mark helped me choose two Gaming Monitors with the exact spec I needed and the exchange process couldn't have been easier.
