An absolutely exceptional experience at the Rolex boutique at Robert Gatward in Windsor. From the moment we arrived, Blagica made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after us wonderfully throughout.

I was invited in today — fittingly, on the final day of Wimbledon 2026 — having selected the 41mm “Wimbledon” Datejust, a watch I’ve wanted for a number of years and a very special 50th birthday present to myself. To make the day even more memorable, we came as a family, and when my wife fell for a 28mm Datejust of her own, Blagica delighted us with the news that we could purchase hers as well.

Blagica’s warmth, professionalism and attention to detail turned what was already a milestone occasion into something truly unforgettable. It’s rare to be treated so well, and she made the whole experience feel personal and effortless.

Shop is prestigious and offer quality products and service, yet their approach from staff to customers is always friendly and welcoming and always look to accommodate your requirements. Lee and Duncan both have fantastic demeanour, knowledge and insight about their watches and the experience feels like your sharing time with a friend. For that reason it’s always a pleasure to enter the store, whatever the reason large or small.

I am more than happy with the service I received from Robert Gatward Jewellers. I initially searched for the type of style of earrings I wanted and found exactly what I was looking for. I accessed the website but found no information about the dimensions but there was a facility to send a message so that evening I asked what size the earrings were. I received a response the next day telling me the length but I needed to respond to the email to request the width (shame but no real hassle as I heard back very quickly). The earrings were just what I was looking for so I ordered them. My parcel arrived a couple of days later by registered post securely wrapped. Inside the wrapping was a box with a lovely card and some sweets (nice gesture) and my earrings in a nice presentation box.
There were a number of staff included in our transaction from start to finish and all did a great job. The earrings are for my birthday in July so I’m not allowed to have them yet.

Ordered online and delivered was secure and prompt.

The staff at RG are always enthusiastic and genuinely take an interest in you and your requirements. They are not only knowledgeable about the products, you can actually tell that they honestly enjoy what they do. They make you feel comfortable and not rushed. Excellent staff and excellent service.

Buying luxury items unseen online can feel a little risky. I chose this business purely on the price of the watch I wanted. What I didn’t appreciate was the luxury service I would receive. The watch arrived in the most beautiful gift packaging complete with little surprise touches. This all made unboxing this an emotional and beautiful experience. My watch was packaged by Charlotte and had a personalised note. If you are buying anything as a gift be reassured that it will be perfectly delivered. Highly recommended

I first visited Robert Gatward back in 2024 to purchase an engagement ring. Karen was very friendly, incredibly helpful and I was able to purchase a perfect ring. We have now just purchased our wedding rings from Karen, who once again was brilliant and patient as we returned multiple times to choose our rings. She has also helped with a bracelet and very kindly fixed my watch for me. The rings are gorgeous and I couldn’t recommend RG and Karen enough. Thank you!!

Friendly, easy going customer service from the staff that dealt with me. I didn't feel pressured at all and felt relaxed with the whole experience. The sales assistant offered me a good price and even asked her manager if she could do better for me which they did. Ultimately this is why I decided to purchase from this store. I had been to several others for the same watch but this was the best offer.

I recently visited Robert Gatwood Jewellers in Windsor to register my interest in purchasing a Rolex, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
From my very first visit, Leon was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to let me try on the watch I was interested in and explained the materials and craftsmanship in a way that was both informative and engaging. What really stood out, though, was how comfortable he made me feel, it didn’t feel like a formal sales interaction at all, but more like a genuine conversation with someone who truly enjoys what they do.

Not long after that initial visit, Leon reached out to let me know the watch was available. I returned with my wife and two children, and once again the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. It turned what could have been a simple purchase into a really special moment for our whole family. A particularly lovely touch was when Leon removed a link from the watch, he took the time to show my 6-year-old daughter how it was done, which she found fascinating.
