Always amazing customer service they have never let me down. Bex helped today and was 100% as always

I'm a little clueless when it comes to commercial print and unfortunately I made an error and approved artwork, which was incorrect, whilst nothing could be done on that, my reorder required an edit and Bex was so helpful, she talked me through all i needed to do, she was so patient and made my headache disappear, thank you to her!

After requiring a range of products for customer events, all I can say is that Route 1 Print offers fantastic prices, great customer service and excellent quality. Perfection personified.

We had a few queries with our artwork for presentation folders and Bex assisted in sorting everything out, extremely helpful!

Orders are dispatched on time and the staff are always pleasant and helpful whether on the phone or by email. My account manager David is very attentive and keeps in regular contact with me, updating me with any new products or services. I had an artwork issue recently which was my own fault and Bex Taylor in the artwork team was extremely pleasant and helpful, getting my issue resolved very quickly. Top marks!

Been printing with R1 for about a year and I’m consistently impressed with both their quality products, as well as the customer sales and studio teams. Both teams are friendly, efficient and helpful. Plus they know the products and processes inside out! Special mention to Beth in the studio, as well as Emily, Elina and Ophelia in customer service. Just a delight to deal with!

I had issues with my PDF, and Beth was really helpful and quick getting back to me. She did two separate manual proofs for me to make sure the artwork would print right. Really helpful, thank you!
