Issues resolved effectively
We had an issue with a delivery going to the wrong address. When R1 was notified, they was reprinted and they arrived the next working day. Unfortunately, there was print errors and the client wanted a refund. Ashley Doughty from R1 was very understanding and very helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, issues can occur but its how they are dealt with that matters. And Ashley further strengthened our relationship with R1 ensuring they are our No.1 supplier and 'go to' company for printed material. The customer service is exceptional which allows us as a reseller to offer the same level of customer service.

Completely useless now to trade and…
-- In response, not the right response at all. You have consistently caused issues with orders through your own website issues, stock problems and logistical errors. We are entitled to a good service and you have fallen short on every occasion. When this was raised with you, your instant response was to close our account and cancel all ongoing jobs. That's not a rational response by any business means.
Closed our account because we complained about the poor customer service. Customer of 14 years - now entirely banned and blackmailed into returning another customer's job before we can have our own, despite it being four days late.
Completely useless now to trade and otherwise. Every single order has a problem. The point of a trade printer is we leave a job in your hands and you deliver a trade service. Instead, we get constant excuses, late deliveries, problems with website and just a pathetic sorry each time from a script. The worst customer service in the printing industry by far. Absolutely abysmal but more than happy to post us letters every week asking us to visit for a tour?! Out of touch beyond belief.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. As discussed, we are more than happy to complete a full reprint once we have received the item back. In relation to your other order, this was attempted to be delivered by the courier, on time, on the turnaround that it was ordered on. However, the delivery was rejected at the location.
In relation to your account being closed, we value every customer and don't close accounts without good reason. In this instance, the decision followed repeated conduct towards our staff that fell outside what we consider acceptable. Our team has the right to a respectful working environment, and we'll always stand behind them on that.
We appreciate that this isn't the response you were hoping for, but we believe it was the right one.

Standards have really went down hill
Standards have really went down hill, I have been using route1 for around 10 years they used to be my go to but have since went elsewhere. I get constant letters and emails to comeback.
Every single order I place now gets delayed there’s absolute no point placing any next day upgraded orders etc, you only get told on the day of the delay and it’s always down to new
Machines or factory upgrades.
I feel really let down, seems to be a real problem at route1 , they do not feel set up for trade print anymore.

You are entirely right to call us out on this. When we invest in new machinery or factory upgrades, it is meant to improve our service for our trade clients, not disrupt it. Hearing that this has caused repeated delays on your upgraded orders is completely unacceptable, and I completely understand why you feel let down. Trade print relies on reliability, and we have clearly missed the mark for you recently.
I want to look into your account history properly to see exactly where these bottlenecks happened on your recent orders.

Excellent service all round
From start to finish the CS is great, and the product quality and turnaround too. There was an issue where the courier damaged the packaging, however a re-print was quickly depsatched that caused minimum delay. The job had actually been despatched early, so even with the re-print and re-delivery the job still arrived on time. Both Emily and Ophelia who assisted with this did exactly as they promised, and called back with updates and ultimately solved the problem. I would highly recommend Route 1 to anybody in the trade.
