I’m sorry for the stress this delivery delay has caused. When an upgraded service isn't met, we want to find out why immediately.
Please could you send over your Order Reference? Once I have that, I can check if the delay was at the production stage or with the courier, and I can also ensure that the additional delivery charges are addressed for you.

Help with artwork problems
My customer submitted artwork that was not suitable for press. Route1 provided clear notes as to potential problems which I passed on to my customer, along with a template. More artwork came back which again had problems. New artwork submitted which I hope is now good.
Throughout the process, Route1 was their usual calm, efficient and helpful selves especially Hannah who reassured me that all this hassle for them (my words) was not a problem.
I always find all the team - sales or studio - to be so helpful.

Please don't ever feel like it's a "hassle. That is exactly what we are here for. Artwork can be a real process of trial and error, especially when you're acting as the bridge between your customer and the press. My goal was just to make sure you felt supported throughout those back-and-forth stages so that the final result is something you’re proud to hand over to your client.
I’ve got my fingers crossed that this latest set of artwork is the winner, but if there are any more tweaks needed, you know where we are!

They replaced the artwork not once, BUT TWICE!
Bex, Steph and Hannah all helped stop my job and replace the artwork not once, BUT TWICE! You can always speak to the people at the coalface. Never a problem communicating with the team that actually print your job. A great print solution for my business and great prices too.

A negative issue, quickly becomes a positive one
We had an issue with 3 lots of business cards with a gold foiled back, this was quickly resolved by the Route 1 Team (Emily)
Excellent service, the issue treated very efficiently and reprint booked which is reassuring and what I have come to expect from R1.

The Customer Service team are the USP!
LOVE the Customer Service team at Route1Print, they're brilliant at resolving issues and helping you through the order process or with general enquiries. I had an internal problem with an order I'd placed meaning I was going to lose what I'd paid altogether, but Elina called and offered me a solution that saved me a lot of headache and money. It's not the first time Elina has helped me with an issue, and her friendly warmth is a big plus factor. It's actually the customer service that keeps me reordering with R1P over any other supplier.

I had an artwork proofing problem, so I phoned the studio a few times and spoke to Steph. She was very helpful on both occasions and personally sent me the artwork to approve. Very helpful, thank you Steph!
