useful product, but protect roof from direct sunlight
Bought a Grozone fleece from RoverUK, I had a problem with the quality of this item which did not show until it had been exposed to hot sunshine when it's roof disintegrated. The trader was initially expecting that I deal with the manufacturer, due to my owning the fleece for 10 months, but after some conversations and explaining the contractual requirements of sellers, he was gracious and helpful - dealing with the manufacturer on my behalf and arranging a replacement. What I have learned from this experience is that in very sunny sites, it is better to cover the rooftop of these fleeces with a piece of dark material to protect them from direct sunlight and thus prolong the useful life. Something I shall feed back to the manufacturer so that customers can be advised on this.

I am not sure which email you are sending to but I have checked them this morning and they are working, you can call the number on the website and I will answer or call you back as soon as I can. I have sent you an email this morning and text the number provided as this is the first I have been made aware of this.

Excellent product & seller
I needed a replacement cover for my four tier Growzone grow house. I did an Internet search and found roveruk.co.uk
The price was very competitive and delivery costs very reasonable. I receive my item within a couple of days. Very good quality I recommend the product and the seller.

Online order form needs more clarity on default address
I’m pleased with the product but for some reason the default delivery address was not made clear enough at the point of ordering and it was sent to my work which would not have been my choice!

Please check your 'Auto Fill' details and remove any information that is no longer relevant. Orders will be sent to the address you provided on the checkout form, it is worth double checking these details and provide as much information as possible to help the courier find you and deliver your parcel.
