It is a rare thing for a company and staff to provide the level of customer service , value and excellence of work I have received from Safefoam.
I ordered new foam cushions for my Ercol Studio couch in an upholstery fabric I sent to them .
From the initial contact Joe came straight back with responses and a very acceptable quote. All queries were answered very promptly.
The fabric is a patterned jacquard velvet so not the easiest to work with. A conversation with Helen who clearly has a wealth of experience and expertise sewing these covers was both informative and reassuring .
I took a long time to decide on the right piping fabric , samples were provided and Helen gave valuable advise .
They arrived yesterday and I could not be more delighted , they are beautifully made and I love the results of the choices I took so long to make.
I was impressed too that extra fabric was returned , which never happens with the online curtain companies.

I have recently ordered replacement seat pads from Safefoam for 6 Ercol 365 dining chairs.
I chose 3 colours from the Aquavelvet fabric range in Azure,Fuschia and Orange.
Safefoam were really helpful,friendly and efficient.

I arranged for new cushions and covers for my Ercol 3 seater and 2 Ercol chairs.
The whole process was very smooth, with the team checking the models of the chairs to make sure they made the right cushions.
I arranged to use a different fabric for the covers - that again was very easy to do using their recommended supplier.
I even asked for a couple of ties to help secure the base cushion - which they did for me.
The turnaround time was really short only a few weeks - even at this busy time of year.
The cushions were delivered well packaged and look amazing!
I even had a couple of throw cushions included as a little extra.
