Hi ordered lagoom hair gel from this
Hi ordered lagoom hair gel from this, company only to be told 3 days later they would have to get it from a different warehouse. I payed extra to ship to northern Ireland only to be told 5 days later they don't have it and i would get refund. I have just been back on there Web site and it is still there to be bought again same deal. I have wasted my time let them borrow my money and got nothing. What sort of company runs a business like this. Would not recommend using this company.

Ordered 27th March
Ordered 27th March - received email 3rd April to say my order had been cancelled and payment voided (shows as pending on my online banking - will be watching to see if it is indeed cancelled or not) because there was insufficient stock. Website does not reflect this and I could easily make the same order again today as nothing is indicated as being out of stock.
Wholly disappointing experience and wish I'd thought to check reviews first. Won't waste my time here again.

Not in stock!
Placed an order for GHD curve with listing “usually dispatched within 1 business day”
Money taken and 2 days later I receive a text “unfortunately we don’t have this in stock would you like another item”
If an item is not in stock this should be noted on the website and the customer should not be able to place an order. I now have to wait X amount of days for my money to be returned

As explained to you, We work via manual payments (also known as pending payments) which means we only take payment when your order is dispatched so no refunds are ever required.

Scam - Avoid at any cost
I placed an order for 2 items, but on the day of delivery, I received an email stating that one of the items was out of stock and I would be refunded. However, it has been more than 12 days and I still haven't received the refund for the item that wasn't available. Despite sending multiple emails to the company, I have not received any response. I'm unsure of what steps to take next. One thing is certain though, I will definitely avoid using them again in the future.

I don't think we have received any emails from you unfortunately so feel free to use the chatbox on our website (salonsupplies.co.uk) if that's easier and just send us a message with your order number and issue.
We work using pending payments so we don't actually capture any payment made until your order is dispatched. This means that if there are any out of stocks on your order, we will reduce the amount we capture and only capture the total of the items we have in stock when we dispatch your order to you.
As I mentioned, if you would like to message us your order number, I can look into this further for you and just double check.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company, I put an order in on 12/08/23 and the next day they cancelled as run out of stock. A week later ordered something else then again, cancelled saying they don't have the items in stock any longer. Yet, all the things I wanted to buy clearly showing as still available for sale. I won't bother with them again, terrible customer service.

Disappointing this time
Never had problems until this time. A few days after ordering it hadn’t been shipped so I emailed and one item was coming from another store, so had to wait, no problems. Few more days pass and I am given the chance to have the other half of my order sent or cancel it all. I cancelled it all because my only solution was keep and eye out and reorder when it’s back in stock. Sadly I’d been given a voucher code which means when they are in stock I’ll have to pay an extra £23 and no free gift. 👎🏻
