Customer service started responding to my emails after negative review in trustpilot. That is not very good attitude. I hope company improves that policy.

Initially I got a very pleasant hint that company has distributor outside UK (which covers Germany and some countries in Scandinavia), but I didn't get any further info about that.

My feelings about customer service are still mixed so I am currently rating company at 3/5.

Sadly I don't have any Samuel Groves products in my hands (as shipping to other EU countries appeared to be very pricy and I was denied to get further info about possible distributor in other EU countries) so I can't comment about product quality.

Arrived within stated time, longer than most places but these are made to order after all. The quality of the pans is unreal, up there with Le Creuset but better in many aspects. Can’t fault the product or service at all. Super happy with my purchase.

I own a 30cm seasoned carbon steel frying pan and a 20cm classic stainless steel for over 2 years now and it’s the worst pans I have in my kitchen and can hardly use. Food sticks every single time followed by hours of soaking it to remove debris and even then because I only use non scratch sponges there’s always still remnants of food after cleaning. I have classic 3 silver saucepans as well and they perform slightly better, though I only use more of boiling. I have £10 non stick frying pan I actually found to perform better with no sticking whatsoever

Excellent product, quickly delivered and made in Britain!!

I ordered a full set around a month ago. I understood that you need to allow 4 weeks delivery which is fine but you get zero replies from Samuel groves. I sent an email just to ask for an update but I wasn’t even extended the curtesy of a reply. They were fast enough however to take the money. I really wanted to buy a product made in England but I feel let down by poor customer service

Placed an order on the 24/11/2024, still not delivered, Two emails sent with no reply, three messages left on an answer phone , no response, please will someone at least give me an indication of a delivery date.

Bought for Xmas present. After purchase they say will be up to 28 days (ie mid/late January). In response to an email they now gaive an ETA in excess even of their nonsense 28 days.

And to add insult to injury, they ask for a review of the purchase they still haven't sent. This review obliges this request!

High quality and English made. Will be buying more soon.

Really pleased with my frying pan - been a pleasure to cook with and beautifully made.

Despite my ordering only being a few days before Christmas they managed to get it to me before Christmas day too which was an unexpected pleasure.

Will be building my collection of their equipment for the foreseeable future

What a great product and company. Great communication after ordering, shipping super fast and a very high quality product that is a pleasure to use and feels like it will last a lifetime.

Order did not arrive in time. I specifically asked for order to be delivered no later than 22nd December. As they arrived after that date I now have to
Post parcel to London at my expense to my son. as the order was very expensive, I find your service very poor.

Product is very good, company was very helpful and easy to deal with.

You added a gift, a nice surprise

Arrived on time, carefully packaged, look very good quality though not been used yet.

Quality British made products!
Threw out our cooking trays as the coating always peels off after about 6 months.
Buying cheap is not a long term option.

This is the 4 th fry pan I have bought from Samuel Groves. Have not had the chance to use it very much yet. However, it is very well made, up to their usual high standard and I am absolutely sure it will give many years of service.

I bought a copper pan, I pad for it and it was delivered..beautiful pot

Huge delay in delivery with no explanation. A series of phone calls to the company never got beyond an answerphone. An email about the problem was never answered. Shockingly bad performance which company bosses should be made aware of as result is we are most unlikely to ever recommend what is otherwise an excellent product to anyone we know.

I bought a voucher for my son and daughter in law. Communication about dispatch etc very efficient. I got a small baking tray included which was a nice surprise
