I ordered a firm control panties and I received medium , I emailed them and was told the company have changed the label but it is firm control I was not happy then I was told if I return the item I would have to pay for return charges that is not acceptable when they sent me the wrong item .

The process is very simple but I must admit, as I am buying this item for a present, for somebody who sees themselves as a size 13 - I am not sure thta a 10-12 the 14-16 sizing will be correct so why no 12-14?? - we will see!!
