Really fast
Really fast, well packaged delivery. I always use Sandra’s for mums dressing gowns and I’ve now purchased thermal vests too. Mum is really pleased with all purchases from Sandra’s. Thank you.

Beautiful nightwear
Quick delivery. Beautiful nightdresses. I have abandoned M&S as they no longer cater in the styles I want. Have been scouring the web for decent nightwear for a long time and found this one with Lady Olga items.

Awful Customer Service and experience
I ordered 2 packs of control panties and a bra which I decided I no longer wanted.
I refused to accept the delivery when my postman brought it.
It was returned to the delivery office who then returned it to the seller.
Sandra's online say they have not received my package and refuse to refund my order.
I am very angry because I am now about £35.00 out of pocket for goods I have never received.
I have tracking information from the Royal Mail Tracking which proves that the parcel was returned.
I rang Sandra's Online customer service and was told that as they have not received my parcel I will not be refunded because I did not use their online return service.
I don't understand how a "lost in post" parcel is my fault as Sandra's Online chose the carrier, not me
I would certainly never use this company again and would not recommend them to others

We don't have a phone number you can call so not clear who you spoke to.
Refusing a delivery is a very slow way to return an unwanted item since the return to sender process is not prioritised by Royal Mail in the same way that a new postage is.
