Amazing quality, beautiful dressing gown
I bought my mum a Slenderella dressing gown with buttons for Christmas and shortly after I realised she prefers her dressing gown to have a zip so I gave the button down to my sister and ordered my mum the Slenderella dressing gown with a zip.
They both unwrapped them for Christmas and were over the moon. The quality is exceptional. My mum wears her in the evenings when it gets cold and even said she hasn’t needed a hot water bottle where she has always used one before. My sister has to fight my niece for the dressing gown as they both want to wear it. Would definitely buy again and would definitely recommend.

sadly surprised by customer services- I ordered to allow for upcoming surgery and omitted to send all of the orginal packing- cost me 25% which seems very steep given the minor error

I'm sorry that you feel that way. As I'm sure you can imagine as a buyer you might not feel happy receiving an item that is not packaged, this is why we require returns to include all of the original packaging. If this is not present we need to repackage it. There are costs associated with that including the packaging and the time required to repackage. We do make this clear in our returns policy.

Disappointed for the first time with…
Disappointed for the first time with your products. Usually great. Sizing is HUGE. 18/20 classed as large by you. I am 16 and ordered large which is large elsewhere. It is lovely but massive and hangs off me. Can’t return it as I have worn it. Please advise as I have wasted a lot of money. Thank you.

If you have tried it on, you are very welcome to return it. It cannot be returned if it is washed, soiled or worn (for more than a few minutes).
Please be sure to include labels and packaging with any return.
