It’s a con. A lot of back and forth, hollow promises and nothing arrives. I paid for an item on 26th November and despite being advised it would take 7-10 working days, nothing was forthcoming. Eventually they send you a link to suggest that it’s been posted, but that just to distract you. If you absolutely want to take the chance, use your credit card like I did and you can claim a refund when the item does not arrive.

This company is either a mess or a scam. IpPlaced an order for an air fryer a month ago, I received an order confirmation saying delivery in 7-10 days. That didn’t happen so I chased twice and got clearly copied and pasted generic replies, so I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, and hey presto, a shipping confirmation came through, with tracking, so for 3 days I followed the tracking but of course the courier didn’t receive the parcel and so today they stopped the tracking. I Asked SantSolutions again to cancel and refund, they ignored me, so I put the payment into dispute with my card company. My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs

Ordered Henry Vacuum on 23/11/23 did not arrive. SantSolu offered an alternative which was not suitable.
They said they were delivering the alternative despite my efforts to explain I would like a refund.
Then no deliveries at all and no replies to several emails requesting a refund. Now reported to my bank as Fraud! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Avoid this company. Stick with mainstream businesses and pay a little more. My lap top hasn't arrived. Order confirmed 19th Nov -asked to allow 10 working days, apologetic waffling email thanking me for "reaching out". Due 1st Dec. Still no lap top. Then I'm told its dispatched on the 7th Dec and that it will take 7 to 10 working days! I have a tracking number and nothing to track on the Royal Mail website.
Very angry and no Xmas present for my son. Will take legal advice.

SCAM, SCAM,SCAM,SCAM. Do not purchase anything from this awful company! Please ignore my rating, if I could I would give a lower rate. THIS REVIEW IS GENUINE. Purchased a laptop, to be told 7-10 working days, after the 10th day I emailed them 3 times with no responce. No telephone number to call either. I contacted my credit card company and fortunately for me I got all my money back. The only reason I went with this company was to save £30 and they offered free delivery. I should have check the reviews first but I didn’t. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Absolutely shambolic ,I ordered a vacuum they said delivery would be within 3-7 working days which it was not I sent an email
and got a response to say it would be delivered byRoyal mail 11-12 working days which it was not
I sent another email the response was it will be delivered by Royal Mail 14-15 working days I have now sent a further email asking for tracking details asap or I want to cancel guess what …..no response

My dad ordered me a ps5 from here and it came the day they said it will.

Communication was good and even had a phone call to ensure I had received my PS5.
Delivery via Royal Mail was a little annoying as tracking number wouldn’t work but I think that at this time of year is was Royal Mail overload more then this company’s fault, I will purchase again

Bought a pram in the Black Friday sale. Two weeks later they refunded me with no explanation. No reply to my emails about why. The pram now full price online again

Well! Well!.... finally my ordered Henry hoover arrived just after 13 working days. Yes you need to wait atleast 10 working days as per email instructions. So is it SantSolutions a scum website??. To my understanding now, I think this is un investment web company as you hopefully get the item after sometime when have collected money from other customers and use it to sort you out!!! after. Becareful if you need anything urgent, so please don't go for them.

Got my air fryer was a bit worried that it would not come on time . I emailed the company and got a reply straight away.this is a great company and I highly recommend you use it

Easy to order. The seller indicated 3-7 working days delivery. I placed the order on the 6th and had it at home on the 18th. So 9 working days. I have communicated with the admin department twice, they were polite and informative.

I ordered a Ps5 bundle for my little brothers birthday and after saw loads of negative reviews which obviously worried me a bit…but I honestly didn’t need to I emailed them the next day asking about my order explained what it was for and they replied the same day within a few hours. They answered all my email/all my questions and couldn’t of been more polite. I ordered it on the 21st of September and it arrived in perfect condition on the 3rd of oct exactly when they said it would be. They always reassured me and done everything they could to have it to me before my brothers birthday (on the 5th). They even took time to email me 2 days after my order arrived to wish my little brother happy birthday and wished him a good day! Honestly if your reading through any of these reviews don’t let them worry you like they did me I took a chance and I’m glad I did…100% recommend…thank you guys so much!🤗

Waste of time, ordered ps5 and no confirmation week wait on onbuy delivery date 26/28 of this month and nothing, emailed them with copy of order 3 days ago and nothing DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO A WELL KNOW RETAILER!

Awful company !!!
Messaged them to request a return label for a ps5 that came only wrapped on plastic film, whole box damaged and I would also like to acause them of false advertisement as the box I have received is not the same with the one advertised online.
I have purchased from them trough onbuy which are not responding back to my emails, same as santsolu.
I will raise a claim trough my bank to recover my money back and also I am writing this review for everybody to be aware if the intend to purchase from these 2 websites.

Awful company. Purchased a PS5 on 23th Aug, kept asking my personal information for verification which sounds dodgy. I asked to cancel order on 29th Aug as they have not dispatched it at all. Agree to refund in 5-10 working days on 30th Aug. Chased them a few time and said would look into it immediately. BUT Today is 14th Aug, no refund received at all. Will report to fraud action soon if no action taken. Don’t ever buy from them.

Since the day I left this review, no one from the company replied my message (probably because they are not happy with this review. A company who claimed to be legit decided to just take my money for no reason. Now I have escalated further externally to get my refund.

If you do not want to lose any money, don’t buy from this company. When I saw the comments on Trustpilot, I thought I wouldn’t be this unlucky. I should have trusted all these reviews before I purchased anything. All our comments are based on personal experience. Do not trust the comments on the website, they could have paid for people to do those reviews.

Today is 5th Oct, has been more than a month since the company promised to process a refund and they have not replied my email as mentioned above and no refund was made. I am escalating this further to the bank now.

False advertising of products on their website. I purchased Dyson V11 Absolute as advertised, but recieved the standard model. Santsolutions then told me the Absolute was no longer available, but I purchased one no problem elsewhere.
They also claim a free product returns but it's not valid for larger times so I am out of pocket by £23.00. The delivery also took two weeks, and getting my money back a further 2 weeks. However, once I looked into the company background I was concerned that I would not get my money back. Best sticking with John Lewis in future!

SCAM - AVOID- This company is clearly set up to con people ordered a Hover no contact for over 10 days then said NOT GOT IT, offered other crap. NO refund yet

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THERE BEAUTY PRODUCTS THEY MUST BE TO 4-5 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MOST SHOPS. £36 FOR SOME HAND CREAM WHICH IS AROUND £8 EVERYWHERE ELSE AND I'VE SEEN BODY SHOP HAND CREAM FOR £147 WHAT IS THAT ALL ABOUT WHEN ITS £18 FROM BODY SHOP!!!!
