LEWIS Access  Avis

So, my experience with Lewis Towers, The Comms i had with Mo and Demi was in my opinion second to none, considering how busy they clearly are, Demi even gave me her personal number to insure i had a smooth delivery as it was out of office hours, now that is over and above so thank you Demi, you even called me and suggested an extremely useful upgrade which i immediately agreed to and I'm glad i did.
And i should add that the quality of the product is also first class.
Well done Guys

Very good quality product. Very reliable customer support.

With out a doubt the best service I have had in a long time. These guys went above and beyond with my order and delivery.
I had issues with another supplier who messed me about so much.
The service, delivery and product was great. ALL the staff were so helpful and I am over the moon with the company and this purchase.

Scaffold brace spring came loose told not to use scaffold tower as dangerous now ,said it brace not covered under warranty so only working part not covered under guarantee what get out only parts covered are welds

Excellent customer service. Manufactured and delivered all the kit in record time, on time.

Great service, excellent products and delivered when I needed it. Many thanks.

great customer service and a fantastic product. Would highly recommend.

Ordered late Saturday and collected Monday morning. Great product and great company.

Very helpful from start to finish, the office staff were very well informed and happy to answer any questions I had. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful even after driving all this way in the extreme heat.

Thanks again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent product, really great quality excellent service, easy to deal with, would highly recommend this company 👍

From order to delivery was 1st class communication regular and accurate,
Tower is very well made, delivery was as stated and driver was very helpful

Quick and reliable service, delivery as agreed at a very reasonable price.

I have lost confidence in this company. They make great products. I already own a scaffold tower made by them.
I placed an order for a second tower and board. Agreed and confirmed a delivery date for a week later, to find out the day before that they had moved my delivery date to the following week. No phone call, just a no-reply email with tracking for the following week. What happened to my delivery slot?? This is not acceptable and certainly not the way to conduct business.
I have now cancelled the order and will look to hire/buy elsewhere.
I cannot recommend this company, which is a shame.

very easy company to deal with and great product

Seamless ordering process, excellent communication by Mo and Rob from point of order to delivery onsite. Promptly provided further information on product following request. I am pleased with the quality of the scaffold - robust and great safety features.

great communication from ordering and questions to delivery date and time keeping. great well made towers. a solid investment in my business

I purchased a staging board 5.4 x 450mm it was a very good price and it was very sturdy and well built would highly recommend this company

Easy to order a tower and great prices. Delivery was fairly quick and delivered by their own drivers who was professional and courteous. Tower is great quality and well built.

Great product from Lewis Access Scaffolding Tower. Really happy with the price and the quality. The driver was especially helpful, kept us fully informed with exact delivery times and made the whole process straightforward. Excellent service all round and would definitely use again.

Delay on expected delivery, but scaffold arrived , nothing missing all as ordered
