all good and professional from test to glasses
all staff and optician very good

Excellent service, helpful polite staff, always there to help and put things right if you have a problem.

The staff at Scrivens in Ilkeston, Derbyshire were, as always, amazing with my new glasses, especially Maria. Would never go anywhere else!

from strart to finish very good service thank you

From start to finish I found the staff excellent in Mildenhall the shop I was made to feel at ease, the service I received was excellent I now have my Glasses and I am very happy with them.

First visit to Barnsley branch. Staff very friendly and offer sound advice. Was told it takes 3 weeks approximately to get my glasses. It took a week and a half. 5 stars.

The staff are friendly, polite and helpful, my glasses were ready quickly and are absolutely fine.

All staff in Sutton In Ashfield store are very helpful & professional in there work nothing is to much trouble & always smiling

Reminder for eye test was very helpful. Booking and performing test was very prompt and professional. Staff very helpful in choosing new glasses, informed me when ready for collection. Would recommend!

Really do like the services and the staff are so nice

Friendly and helpful staff, tests carried out sensitively and high level of personal service. 😊🙌

Had annual lens check while there decided to buy new glasses .
Had an excellent member of staff go through different types of frames ones which suited me and ones that didn’t. She didn’t rush me or push me into buying anything particularly expensive. I ended up choosing two pairs which I am thrilled with.
As they were verifocal glasses and new to me I was asked to call back after a couple of days to say how I was getting on with them or not. That’s service!
The whole experience from start to finish is friendly, professional and efficient, can’t recommend enough.

Very good service glasses are fine very pleased thank you .
