Efficient, helpful, friendly staff especially Julia front of house. Can never do enough to help. So kind and patient. Cassandra the optometrist was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable, taking time to explain what was happening with my eyes. Impressive service all round.

The shop assistants, were very helpful to help me pick the right type of glasses and the right ones to fit , plus the Optician sorted my prescription out for me , when you go into the Scrivens shop , there's a warm feeling, and smiles on the faces ..

The immediate warmth & welcome on entering the store. Listening to the store colleagues assisting an elderly gentleman was about so much more than being an opticians/hearing care shop. I was dealt with promptly & efficiently. Following the eye test, I was given helpful advice on new frames & lenses. Icing on the cake: the shop was having a bake sale for Alzheimer’s, my favourite charity to support, & I came away with superb sausage rolls & awesome Brownies!

It only took 3 days for me to get my new glasses i was happy with the speed and how charty and friendly the staff were.

Popped in to have a repair on my glasses done. It was repaired straight away. Exellent service professional and pleasant visit.

I recently visited Scrivens at 41 Corporation Street, Birmingham, replacing my previous Erdington location, which has now closed. My experience was outstanding. Optometrist Komal exhibited exceptional professionalism and clearly explained every step. The staff—Nayna, Lexis, and Claire—were exceptionally welcoming, polite, and highly professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

Staff at Scrivens are friendly, approachable and quickly put you at ease.

Had an appointment in Feb but when I went was told it was wrong sort of appointment. Had another arranged for Jun but that was cancelled. Told I could have appointment in Nov, have now been told that is not possible. They have no availability for the foreseeable future.

Sam gave a professional assessment during my eye test and Sanwar was exceptional in his customer service, Aurora gave me excellent advice regarding spectacle styles. My glasses are very expensive and I very much appreciate the level of customer service that I received , would highly recommend .
