Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care Avis

Great service all round. Good team very helpful..

Staff have a great rapport, all are very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. No question is treated as trivial and they all go above and beyond in offering a first class service. I was not rushed or pressured into making a choice of glasses, I could take my time ensuring that when I left I had made a good choice tailored to my needs. Very good value with savings offered and explsined. A very happy experience. Thank you Amir, Helen and Jenny.

Mandy and Ben were fantastic and helped me choose glasses that fit me best. They were patient and kind. The optician who did my assessment, Ismail, was amazing also. Very helpful and informative and corrected an error with my prescription. I’ve been coming for years and cannot speak highly enough about the staff and the service they provide.

Well looked after by all the staff. I don’t know all their names, only Armoured Panda. But they are all great

Lovely, warm staff- optician kind & caring . Very welcoming. Through eye examination. Would definitely recommend.

What a pleasure it was to be looked after by such a fantastic team. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to sort out all my problems.

A special shout-out to Julie, who was brilliant and gave me lots of useful information about the other services available. I’ll definitely be booking my hearing test soon!

Thank you all for such a great experience. 😊
