Seaflo Uk Avis 

I bought two caravans mirrors for my car and only one arrived. I contacted Seaflo-uk and they tried to sort it out asking me to return it to have the full refund, but unfortunately they gave me a partial refund instead. I'm waiting for my return postage refund yet. They are ignoring me. Very bad customer service.

I bought some fencing brackets for a job i was installing the following week. Made the order and told 2-3 days delivery. That would have taken me to thursday the latest. Called on the friday to enquire about delivery date as the job was starting the following monday. I was told that the order was cancelled and i should have been notified by email, which i had not been. Stated that i have received nothing. That is what normally happens where i replied that normally has not ######## worked this time has it and he put the phone down. Dont blame him but the frustration that boils up in my body as simplicity is so simple to practice these days that larger companies dont get it.
Left me now in deep s##t as i need these special backets for the job where nobody locally supplies so it has to be an online order which i propbably wont get now til middl eof next week. Fridays are bad days to be resourcing materials. a job now i hav eto put back at an emence cost to myself.

We bought a step for our caravan from Sea_flo. After 4 trips out in our van the step snapped. 5 star customer service. Sent them an email explaining what had happened and three days later a new step was delivered. I was blown away with the customer service. Thank you so much we will definitely be using you more and tell our caravan friends about you too. Amazing 👏

Bought over the years 4 water pumps for the same job due to failure
On number 4 I thought try my arm thi king after 4 faulty units in 6 years they might just help

Sent me a badly damaged item, was not very helpful at all and it now cost me over £30 to return an item that is completely useless to anyone because they wouldn't respond to PayPal to allow refund so I need to prove return to get my money back avoid at all costs

customer service is a disgrace. if you can buy a product elsewhere i would!!! if there is an issue with the product they will ignore you. I ordered a 24L outboard fuel tank. second use the fuel indicator was stuck on full. I sent them pics of the fault via there Ebay store and was asked for my order number within a few hours which i provided. I have never heard from them again dispite contacting them via their website and ebay. I have now had to go through paypal to try and retrieve a refund. avoid avoid avoid. Customer service is non existant

They agreed an item I bought was broken and Sean agreed a refund and said he would arrange collection as the Ebay returns window time had closed. All documented on Ebay site. Then I was ignored and promised phone calls did not come. Finally they arranged a collection it seems reluctantly.

I bought a birdseed feeder from them - which never arrived. They lied to eBay & provided a fake 'delivery picture'. No readable address - No proof of posting! I'm sure it was Never sent.

On Dec 7th eBay contacted me to say that the steps I purchased via SEAFLO-UK were being recalled for safety reasons, therefore I immediately contacted the seller via eBay requesting a refund. This product has since been removed from sale via eBay. However, they did not respond to me via eBay. I also sent an email to the address listed on their website, but I have yet to receive a reply after three weeks. So basically, if you purchase an item from this company and you should incur problems with the item, you can expect zero customer service. I would avoid purchasing products from this company.

Brilliant prices and service - I use them regularly and they are very good

Purchased folding steps to use as a mounting block. Reasonably priced, quality seems good, free postage, arrived within a few days, kept me informed. In my experience customer sevice was good.

RIPPED OFF...£325 for a kayak never arrived. Answered around 3 emails. Now just ignored. Please look elsewhere for what you need. AVOID.....

Avoid. They reply to emails when you show interest in purchasing their products, but once you ask to return it( no returns info on their website) they just ignore emails and do not reply.
Wasted my money on a poor purchase and no able to return. Abysmal customer service

Paid for next day delivery via DPD it's now the second day coming today apparently but still not next day which is what I paid for, messaged company no reply to my message! Avoid!

I bought a 16litre weedkiller sprayer from this company. I had to improve the joints but it was then OK. I came to use it this year and it was totally dead. All it needed was a new battery pack, but I was informed that they don't supply spares. I've now got a totally useless piece of equipment which could easily have been repaired.

Purchase of 'Deluxe sit in kayak - 1 person kayak canoe boat touring 1004 blue. The ordering and delivery were excellent.

Two issues became apparent:

1. Despite after enquiry with Seaflo, post delivery it was impossible to source anywhere on the open market a spray cover, which would fit the large open cockpit. Seaflo later explained they had been misinformed by the manufacturer. Indeed the open cockpit was entirely unsuitable for even a bespoke spray cover to attach and remain so. 2. The kayak lacked inherent buoyancy. On testing the kayak locally in a calm sea and capsizing it intentionally, the vessel sank when I crawled onto the upturned hull. It would only keep itself afloat in a mainly submerged state if capsized. Both safety issues were not explained by a hint or full description in the technical details prior to purchase. Furthermore, as pointed out to Seaflo both issues could be rectified with minor design alterations.
Had the kayak had the design to accept a fitted spray cover, then I would have kept the kayak and purchased air bags - fore and aft for buoyancy. It is a shame as the craft handles well and was a delight to use in other respects.
Seaflo offered to take the product back and arranged a courier collection to do so. This was collected on 19th May, but I had to chase them for a refund, which was initiated yesterday.

MINUS SCORE - SCAMMERS
Don’t trust this company. Selling at the Caravan & Motorhome show advertising items have a 2 year guarantee. Couldn’t give me a receipt because their computer was “down” so wrote my details in their notebook on the proviso my receipt and guarantee would be sent by post. They have asked for the exact time of the purchase - how can I provide this without a receipt! Still waiting!

Poor, Poor, Poor!

Bought a smallish table which was unboxed and arrived later than advised, which wobbles once opened. Very poor response to emails. Will never use them again.

Do not use this company brought an item from ebay that never turned up no refund and ignoring emails AVOID

Purchased an item from seaflo via eBay and found the communication good the pricing was very fair. Item arrived earlier then estimated. Thanks Alan
