Drove 30 minutes to look around only to be told they were not open to the public, maybe they should update the website, as it says come and look around our 490000 ft warehouse

This is a very poor company to buy and deal with. I was sold a kayak that clearly had not been inspected before dispatch and arrived in a badly damaged state, so much so, it was unusable. It had a 3ft spilt down one side, had delaminated top deck, was deeply gouged and scratched in places and was not protected in any way for transport. The damage was not as a result of transportation but was evidently done long before dispatch. Communication with Seaflo staffs was then extremely difficult and they were slow to respond and I had to chase them for a refund. What is sad about this whole affair is that the kayak is a good product at a good price but this company with the distribution rights is pants. Draw your own conclusions but if you do not want hassle and stress, want a swift response to any problems then steer well clear and buy somewhere else from where you will be provided with a more effective, sympathetic and quicker customer service.

Shockingly bad service. Ignored for 5months. Bought an electric step from them; no instructions enclosed. They eventually sent instructions for a different brand in no way the same. Now 5months later and still no help or returns accepted.

This, in my opinion, is an excellent company to deal with. I ordered some goods online on Sunday, the goods arrived Tuesday (unfortunately the wrong size). I contacted Sea Flo who immediately arranged for delivery of correct item and collection of wrong item. The replacement and collection happened on Wednesday morning at 8am. My sincere thanks to Diane at Sea-Flo and Leon at DPD. Wonderful service and all in Covid lockdown times (better than a 1st class letter via the Post office)

Ordered a caravan cover which arrived promptly.
however, when we unpacked it discovered damage that looked like a scorch mark. It was in its original unopened packaging. Seaflo were contacted by email with photos of the damage and they immediately sent a replacement with no argument. Replacement also arrived promptly. Congratulations to Seaflo for great service.

Purchased chair on eBay, said they posted but have not, messaged and get no reply fraudsters.

They are a complete shower to deal with. I bought something from them through ebay. I waited until a day after the estimated due date before I contacted them as they hadn't even dispatched the item 5 days after I paid for it. Absolutely no response back at all. I even contacted through their website as well as through ebay. So I opened a case and only then did they respond to say they have now dispatched. And I got a notice from Hermes. I decide I no longer wanted to deal with This company, And as Hermes hadn't collected yet, I told them I no longer wanted the item and to save them money on delivery costs cancel. But No, they decide to ignore all calls and emails and allow the courier to collect and attempt to deliver. I warned I would not be accepting delivery and would refuse any attempt to. I am now waiting for my refund 3 weeks later! even though i have had an email from Hermes to say it's been delivered back to them......p.s. Ebay have also been no help whatsoever. I have looked on ebay feedback and unfortunately I am not alone having this problem with Seaflo.........AVOID THIS COMPANY AS THEY IGNORE ALL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM IF THERE IS A PROBLEM
