Seasons Holidays Avis 

We had a great stay at Bude Coastal Resort back in January. Staff were super friendly and accomodation was pure luxury. We will be back!

I cannot thank Joe Gibson at Clowance enough for his great customer skills, he explains everything in layman terms, he is very professional, always has a smile and nothing is too much trouble.
I have taken 3 contracts out with seasons and have not regretted any of them. Joe is a credit to Seasons and I hope he gets recognised for his hard work. A true trooper.
We love you Joe keep smiling and doing what you do best working for Seasons your personality alone will take you far and I wish you all the very best for the future.
One happy customer who has stayed at Laugharne, Whitbarrow, Clowance and used Club Tahiti and just come back from Cozumel. Cannot fault either. All talked through with Joe and then arranged. Never had any problems with Seasons.

Just arrived at Clowance and our accommodation is lovely. Feels brand new. A soak in the hot tub was just what we needed after a long drive. A call out for Joe in Customer Relations too. Always pleasant and very personable. Looking forward to finding out what’s new at the resort.

It was amazing they gave us Lodge 23 with the hot tub and it was amazing we will come again some day

Long time members are treated badly and the accomodation they offer are disgraceful dirty and damp in the so called "Core accomodation" where long term members are being accomodated and barred from other sites.Unless you pay them thousands of pounds more.The health board should go and look at these run down accomodation units.SeasonsHolidays should be held accountable for treating long term members in such a way.

We love the location of Whitbarrow.
The facilities are good.

My wife and I have been owners for 16 years and it's always a pleasure to stay. Customer relations staff are also great to meet, most notably Shaunna at Whitbarrow, she does a great job and deserves a mention!

YES THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD ONCE, NOW GONE DOWN HILL BADLY EVERY GOOD SITE MANAGER (CUSTOMER WISE) DO NOT SEEM TO LAST VERY LONG. the COMMENTS TO ME SEEM MADE UP ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, ALL THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE NEGATIVE VIEWES JUST GET A BASIC REPLY

Their behaviour is disgraceful!
If you are an original timeshare owner, they just want to get rid of you.
The accommodation we had at Whitbarrow was appalling, I have complained, they do not want to know.
Such a shame, when I purchased my week about 30 years ago, everything was great, this is what greed does to people!
I have now relinquished my week, which is what they wanted all along.

Lovely resort and great staff. Will definitely return.

we spent 7 days at clowance last decemebr and it was lovely

I have been a Seasons member for many years and have always had a great time on my holidays there. The last one was in the Lake District back in May and i have already booked my return there next year. I have also let some of my friends have holidays in Seasons and they have all reported to men how much they enjoyed their stay.

Well it looks like the bulling tactics worked.
They have threatened to sue the admins of the Members Facebook group because people are sharing bad reviews and experiences there.

Unfair and corrupt.

On top of that they still ignore my emails!

A large group of us have now agreed to give an interview to the BBC. Watch this space!

absolutely brilliant accomodation was first class [luxury sleep 6] staff were excellent from the cleaners to reception they bend over backwards for you,thats why we visit club tahiti [lanzarote] year in and out we have been 3 times this year,cant wait to get back in april.the clubhouse caters for all vegan etc as long as you give them notice.all in all brilliant keep it up guys your a credit to the company.

We love this resort. Our 3rd time here as our November winter sun choice location. We love Club Tahiti. The only negative is that the apartments are looking a little tired with the bathrooms needing a bit of a make over.

Staying in a gorgeous lodge at Clowance Estate. Had the opportunity to sit down with Joe from the Seasons team to talk about their holiday credits programme. Excellent product at a fair price, just not in the position to commit.
