Misleading eligibility, technical downgrading & unfair return fee
I sold my Apple Watch Series 7 (45mm GPS) through this company some time ago. The device was fully eligible under their selling criteria and was initially quoted £50 based on accurate and honest information.
After they received the watch, the offer was unexpectedly reduced to £26.85, citing technical issues that were not clearly explained and did not reasonably align with the original eligibility requirements. The feedback felt overly technical and subjective, and went far beyond what a normal customer would expect when using their quoting system.
When I chose not to accept the reduced offer, I was then told I would need to pay £9.99 just to have my own watch returned, labelled as an administrative fee. This felt unfair, especially when the downgrade itself was not transparently justified.
Overall, the process creates pressure to accept a much lower price or lose additional money simply to get your device back. That is not a fair or customer-friendly experience.
I would not use this service again and would advise others to proceed with caution.

Great service. Process was quick and easy - chose to package the item and send with my own Special Delivery purchase however I forgot to include my order number. Quick phone call and the guy was super helpful, took my tracking number and said it’ll be fine. Item arrived was allocated to me and within a few hours payment was in my bank account! Stellar service.
