No money received
They emailed me asking for the screen lock number. I have sent it 3 times and they haven’t responded.
They have taken my phone and not given me any money. I will be reporting them to the Trading Standards.

It was quick and easy from the get go, regular updates and constant communication throughout the process and the money was paid into my account Instantly after my device was received

Total scammers.
Do not use. My phone was quoted at £90 and I received £10. Ridiculous I cannot believe companies like that even exist. Nasty piece of work.

Complete rip-off!
I was given a revised offer of £23.75 to sell my iPhone 11 64gb that was significantly below the original quote. Granted that the phone was in worse condition but there was no proper option to select a more accurate condition. Of course I rejected the offer and I’m glad I did because another firm offered me £103.50 (almost £80 better!!)
Would definitely recommend everyone to avoid this company. The scammers also charge £19.99 to return the phone whereas other companies dont charge anything!

SCAM ALERT
Was quoted £210 for iPhone 13 in fair condition. Small chip on screen and some scratches, but works perfectly. This Company offered £95 and said that the phone was broken and would have to be repaired!! Absolute lies!! So I then had to 0ay them £20 to get my phone back! Sent it off to another company and low and behold they paid £240straight into my account on the day they received my iphone.
Do not use this company!

One word - SCAMMERS
Please do not use this company- you will be scammed.
This a classic scam- I received a quote and sent an immaculate watch to them.
They downgraded their offer by £15, or charge £20 to return the watch.
They never had any intention of paying the offer price.
Have your eyes open people- this is nothing short of a scam.

Awful company. Agreed on £158 for my iPhone 11 in pristine condition (literally never taken out the case and always had a screen protector on) and when they received it they valued it at £21!! £21! I mean that’s just insulting! Because it had a few chips on it - not correct in the slightest!!! And the battery health was lower that they would like by a couple of % so I now have to pay £20 for it to be sent back to me because I refuse to sell it for £21! Absolute scam of a company DO NOT USE

Unfortunately this device was 14% below a usable battery and was valued based on the grade as well as the requirement for a replacement battery. If it was as described above we would of course paid the offer as we do with many.
Feel like I’ve been scammed
Massively downgraded my phone from £151 to £30 when it genuinely is in good condition and then charged me £19.99 to have it returned to me when that wasn’t clearly set out at the early engagement. Really unhappy!

Stay away from this company they are scammers, offered me £151 for my iPhone that has one slight scratch on the screen and one very small chip on the side, to then be offered £30 and was told there is other things wrong which there isn't. And then to be told when I rejected the offer they want £20 to send my phone back to me, absolute joke of a company

Another example where we have requoted due to the device received not matching the grade / condition advised
For devices that match their described condition, we guarantee that you will be paid the same day we receive your device as many do
Please note for those who read reviews – If you grade correctly you will be paid on day of receipt as advised. If we regrade your device we will send you a new offer.
We would rather not receive your device if you are one of those people that cannot accept that Grade C and a bad battery is worth less than a Grade A immaculate device
Don’t use!!
Don’t use!!! Sent my Apple Watch in with strap attatched. They offered me a significantly smaller offer £15.50 opposed to £75 saying the battery was low. Never use!!! They sent my watch back without strap so now have to buy a new strap to sell it!!! Joke of a company and they deny all knowledge

Awful service. Terms and conditions are not clear. they make a high offer and then when they receive the phone they reduce the offer substantially due to some minor reason eg battery not at 90%. Absolute scammers, never use!!
