Sell my iPhone Avis 

Had sent my iPad to them as the price offered was good. I took photos beforehand so I knew what condition it was in before I sent it off and I got an email back stating there are many scratches on the front screen. I know this not to be true as like I said I have photos from before I sent it. This is appalling and also very frustrating. I have emailed the help email with my photos attached to prove they have somehow damaged it themselves or when it was in transit, which I find impossible because I wrapped it to protect it! Very very annoyed!!!

Pros - it was a quick process, I sent my phone special delivery and the next day they received got in touch and payment was in my bank.

Cons- they reduced the original quote by over £100, due to deep scratches on the screen, which they did quote ‘would need minor screen repair’ I thought it was a bit excessive to knock it down so much, I though it might be about £50 so was a bit shocked at the amount they reduced it, but didn’t want to mess about getting it back and sending it elsewhere, which is most likely what they bank on.

Liars and theives.
The phone I sent them didn't have a scratch on it, and has worked perfectly all the time I've had it. Chose this company, as after using a comparison site, they gave me the best price.
Once they got the phone they sent me a laundry list of faults that it certainly didn't have when it left me.
It seems this has happened quite a lot after reading the reviews on here and I wish I'd had the sense to read these, and take my own photos of the item before I sent it.
I'm now waiting to see what condition they send it back in.
Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

I used a comparison site to find sellmyiphone with their quote trumping the others in this space... Having sent my phone off to them, I now realise that they exaggerate these quotes and once they receive the phone, give reason to reduce the price (in my case by almost 80%) knowing that many customers will accept out of convenience (they've already upgraded and the old phone is surplus).
The offer given to me was beyond a joke and I've since traded it in with a competitor much closer to the original quoted price.. my gripe (beyond having paid for delivery to get it to them) being that the OEM phone protector case I sent packaged up with the phone was not returned to me and kept by the company.
The lesson learnt being stick with the known-name companies in this space, as although their prices may be slightly cheaper, they're also accurate.

No concerns really.
It was prompt, and they always communicated throughout the process.
I would use them again.

Was emailed saying although received there may be a delay. Less than 8 hours later all completed!

Jack at Sell my iPhone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. However, I wasn’t offered the full price quoted as apparently there was a deep scratch (there wasn’t). My only regret is not taking photos of the watch before I sent it off and I only continued with the transaction for convenience.
