The weighted vest I got for my kids is quite literally life changing for us! With a four year old and twin two year olds, big emotions happen a lot, and the vest helps them refocus on their breathing to calm down their bodies. SO happy we found this product!

We have seen improvements in our son when he wears the vest and it has been great! Currently we are using it during homework and before bedtime to help calm him. Definitely loving it so far and he thinks it’s so stylish too which is a win. For sizing I would order 1 size up to allow room for growth.

Stupidly, I didn't read the reviews before ordering.

I placed my order 17 days ago and have heard absolutely nothing since. I've sent three emails and received no response. I've now had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and recover my money.

The service has been appalling. The company markets its products as helping children with additional needs, and they must know how desperate many parents are to find support for their children. That makes the complete lack of communication even more disappointing, they seem to know exactly what they’re doing..

Seventeen days later, I still haven't received my item, any update on my order, or a response to my emails.

Please avoid at all costs.

As a mom of a child with sensory processing challenges, I’m always on the lookout for tools to help with emotional regulation. This vest has been an absolute lifesaver. The deep pressure provides that comforting "hug" sensation that instantly helps my son decompress when he starts feeling overwhelmed. We use it during homework time, and the difference in focus is noticeable. It doesn’t look too bulky either, so my child feels comfortable wearing it out and about. I highly recommend to any parents needing a little extra support for an anxious or hyperactive kiddo!

My 4 year old son with Autism played t-ball for the first time. For the first five weeks of season, he struggled a lot with crying and meltdowns during practices and games, requiring me to stand with him and hold his hand just to keep him on the field.
This last game, I decided to have him wear his weighted vest to see if it would help him stay regulated. The difference was incredible. He fully participated by warming up with the team, throwing and hitting the ball, and running the bases. He played independently with his teammates for the first time without me by his side.
Because he was so settled, I was finally able to take photos and videos of him playing, which I hadn't been able to capture before. While I wish I had thought of using the vest sooner, it was a very successful final day of the season.

My item has never arrived and they refuse to refund me or issue a replacement. Company advertised 7-12 day international shipping (from China). I ordered almost 2 months ago. The item arrived in NY (per the tracking) a month ago but never left customs. They refuse to admit it is lost and will not assist in any way. This item is NOT cheap and this is theft. I don’t even think the tracking is legit. Don’t waist your time and money on this. So disappointed.

Stay away, its a scam. Ordered the vest online, it took over 15 working days to get to me. Got in touch with the support team (over email) informing that I do not need the vest anymore due to the lengthy shipping time, the family I bought it for were visiting me and gone back home. I was informed that I would need to ship the vest back to Australia (I ordered in the UK) at my own expense for a full refund. They are very aware that the shipping costs are prohibitive. Was then offered a 30% refund as a gesture using an incorrectly drafted template email! Finally got a 40% refund and gave up, my time is too precious to continue arguing with a con of a company. And to top it all off, the vest is rubbish and of terrible quality, would not put it on a dog let alone a child. Save your money and hassle dealing with this lot! Their 100 day money back guarantee is not worth the paper its written on! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Garbage--not as advertised--sizes are grossly undersized--China made garbage that will not fit a child and will not do anything for anyone---poorly made--horrible quality and disreputable people
Marketing says 4X adjustable weight---no way can this be accomplished--marketing says adjustable velcro straps for better fit--these are not present on the garment anywhere--I ordered a size 7-8 for my 5 year old and it is way too small---cannot be used--so you try to return it--sure not problem--send it back to Australia which costs more than the junk garment is worth--a total rip off by people who prey on parents with dysregulated children--there is a special place in hell for these thieves that's for sure--- I feel sorry for all the parents trying to help their children by buying this garbage from these thieves

I purchased a vest for my grandson and the vest didn’t work out for him. I’m having a very hard time with returning the vest. They tell you that if it doesn’t work out for your child and they understand that every child is not the same, however we’re still waiting for where we’re supposed to return the vest . Buyer beware of the return process.🤔😟🧐😟

I wanted to return the weighted vest as my son will not wear it, but after finding out the costs to return decided to accept partial refund of 30% offered by Feeona. It took a very long time to recieve the 30% refund but it did eventually happen.

I am in the process of exchanging the vest for a larger size. I love the vest and I am so impressed with the way Sereni is handling the exchange. They seem to be really zeroed in on making sure I get the correct size for my grandson.

Would not recommend this store at all.

Paid for a jacket and instead of receiving my order, I’ve only received stress and frustration from Sereni.

Every time they copy paste the same line "Thank you for reaching out! Your order is still in transit, and at this time it’s moving through the carrier’s system. This process can sometimes take a few business days to update, so it’s normal if there hasn’t been a change in tracking just yet.".

No clear shipping updates, no proper communication, and no idea how to get a refund.

The company as a whole is disappointing. They will only do exchanges from their warehouse in the US, but only do returns to their Australian warehouse. It’s cheaper to keep the product then pay for shipping. Communication is slow and refunds are slower.

I really like the vest. My son call it calm down vest. So far it works well with my sons sleeping pattern. I give Thanks to Sereni company for this wonderful cloth.

Absolute scam - do not buy. It is incredibly cheap material and my son would not wear at all. The shipping took months and it was numerous spam emails a day. The only reason we even received it period was because I harassed them daily and sent over legal documents citing their policies. The refund process was a scam as well. They kept trying to offer different products instead of refunding me.

They are great. Just received our a few days ago and my son loves them. He was even allowed to wear it to school as he wasn’t the other ones.

My son is diagnosed with ASD, and I purchased the Sereni weighted vest in charcoal and black. I’ve been really impressed with it. The vest is very well made and looks just like a regular vest, which I appreciate because it doesn’t draw attention to itself. The weight feels evenly distributed throughout, and it’s comfortable enough that Henry doesn’t seem to notice he’s wearing it most of the time.

The biggest change I’ve noticed is in his ability to stay calm and focused during preschool. He’s able to sit longer for seated activities and seems more regulated overall. Interestingly, he rarely comments on wearing it—but he definitely notices when we take it off, which tells me it’s helping more than he realizes.

If a close friend asked me about this product, I would tell them it’s a thoughtfully designed weighted vest that actually integrates easily into daily life. It looks like normal clothing, it’s well constructed, and it seems to genuinely help with regulation and focus. For us, it’s been a helpful support tool, especially during structured activities like preschool.

The tips and guidance that have been sent along have also been helpful. It’s reassuring to have extra information about how to use the vest effectively and understand how weighted products can support regulation.

Overall, I’m really glad we tried it and would absolutely consider purchasing again.
