My son prefers the vest and really enjoyed the scented stickers.

My ASD son enjoyed his vest. Teacher has commented on the improvement in his behaviour at school.

Good shipping times good communication from customer support.

Not sure of exact date.... Waited months for vest - ordered 6-7 for a 5 yr old: too small. Told to return it for an exchange & have now been waiting 3 months.... Although the return address is USA - I suspect CHINA.. SO disappointing, aside from money loss.

10 weeks still no vest- buyer beware. Customer service people lie- if they bother responding

The vest allows my child to get the sense of calm without having 4 other things around or in hand to help him stay calm and on task. He doesn't feel all the jitters.

the quality is great, I was a little skeptical because of the Facebook ad. I thought it was a scam but nope, it arrived in the timeframe that I was told. I emailed once to check on the status of my order and they responded quickly. now I just have to get my daughter use to wearing it :)

The jacket are very fashionable and well made. Only thing I did not like was the longway to received the item.

They done a good job and they said they will help me on getting another one, because i push the wrong button when i got the first one.

My daughter has high energy and high anxiety. She loves the vest. She instantly took to wearing it. She wears it to school to help her feel calm. She said it feels "amazing" and she loves the pink color.

Very poor customer service. Waited over one month and item was never shipped. No updates on shipping status provided. Would never purchase from again. 6 weeks and no item.

I never received these. I paid and never received anything from them. No email receipt or anything. I paid through PayPal but no product no response. Beware!!

I ordered the vest in October. I asked customer service a month later when to expect my order. Never heard a peep. 2 months after my order i had sent a total of 4 emails asking where my order was. I then opened a dispute in paypal....surprise surprise they immediately sent me an email stating that I should close the dispute and that they SENT my order. I even got a confirmation email saying my order was sent. I emailed them back and explained I wasn't going to close dispute until I recieved the vest since supposedly it was shipped. The next email said they were going to have to cancel my order?!?!? How are they going to cancel the order if it was already shipped. Next email said it wasn't shipped.....definitely dont trust this site.

Although my order was delied but there was a prombted communications on the reason.

Fraud!
They take your money-89 pounds. Then no merchandise was delivered. These people are perpetuating a fraud in the guise of helping out SEN parents. Do not give them your money under any circumstances

I gave 5 stars because it's a good jacket to help them be able to control their temper.
