No order received
Unfortunately, the order has never been received. Almost a month since ordered two beds from this store and it's still a mystery when the order will be delivered. The company keep sending a link for tracking with UPS where the status of the shipment hasn't been charged for a while. Contacted UPS and they confirmed that they have no parcel to be sent with provided tracking number.
The Silver Circle Pets team has managed to resolve the issue by cancelling the order and arranging a refund. I wish it could be a different experience but overall, the seller provided all the necessary support.

Brilliant service and shopping experience. I required a wheelchair quickly for our pooch and was delighted to receive a 10% new customer subscription discount. I was even more delighted that it arrived sooner than the expected delivery date. Wheelchair is brilliant and my pooch can now get back onto the road to recovery.

This company took payment for the dog…
This company took payment for the dog pram I ordered but did not tell me the item was not in stock. I had to email to find out that they come from abroad and it would probably be another week or so. Not good! I should have been told right at the beginning since I needed it urgently as my dog had just had hip surgery. They don't even monitor their emails and you can't ring anyone! Won't be ordering from them again. The pram did arrive eventually and is good.

Communication: We informed you at our earliest opportunity that the particular model you chose was out of stock in our UK warehouse and wasn’t available anywhere else in the country. However, it was available in our European warehouse, and we had the item shipped to you as soon as possible. We were unaware of your urgent need since it wasn’t noted in your order.
In such cases, we’ll aim to communicate this earlier.
Email Monitoring: We do monitor our emails and responded to your first email within 24 hours, in line with our policy. Your second email, sent the same day at 9:03pm, was outside of business hours, which was explained in our reply.
Phone Support: Many businesses don’t have a phone number. This is to ensure a paper trail of communications. This helps avoid any misunderstandings or false claims, such as we don’t monitor our emails.
We’re pleased to hear that you received the dog pram and hope that it serves you and your dog well during their recovery.

Legit products and customer service, grifty website
Despite the sham awards on their sus looking site, I actually got a legit product for a good price. They did sell me a colour that was out of stock, but they quickly rectified it. Brilliant customer service.

You landed on one of our brand’s product collection pages and happened to select and complete checkout for a product with variants that were unknowingly out of stock. We assure you that we never intend to mislead our customers and value transparency. Our terms of purchase and order process, linked on each product page, explain that your bank pre-authorises payment, but no payment is taken until delivery is confirmed.

Fab customer service
Fab customer service. They answered any questions I had and my PramSled arrived quickly and I love it. Just what I needed because of all the constant rain. I originally bought it for my dog stroller, but then my daughter announced she was pregnant so I will be able to use it with my grandchild's pram too.

Ibiyaya 5-in-1 pet stroller
The ordered item arrived very quickly and was as described. Communication with the company was excellent. I bought the stroller to make trips to the vet easier. Having arthritis and a heavy cat (and still growing) a 15 mins walk became a painful, 30 mins walk. The stroller is very easy to unfold/fold up and light in weight. The carrier is easy to attach. I like the many options for use available, but only used stroller so far. My cat is happy once in the carrier and seems comfortable. Only downside is getting him in and out, as due to construction, the opening does not fully open to bottom of carrier. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. It provides everything I was looking for.
