Bamboo Towel

Fantastic for drying my dog after a shower, also use it on my horse when he has a bath, the towel soaks so much of the water away and leaves both my dog and horse almost dry, really reasonably priced as well, would highly recommend.

After receiving the leg support we…

After receiving the leg support we realised that our dog had a shoulder problem. This company agreed to take the support back even though we hadn’t time to return before flying abroad for 2 weeks. I can’t thank them enough for their fantastic customer service, also the quality of our purchase was excellent.

Waited weeks to get rubbish delivered.

Waited weeks for a delivery being fobbed off at every point. Finally got the order which was damaged and such poor quality it went straight in the bin. Then they want photographs! Caveat emptor.

We’re sorry you feel you were “fobbed off,” but this is not the case. We responded to emails and provided tracking information for your order.

Your item arrived 2 days later than the advertised 10-14 days. As explained, this was caused by the manufacturer who lost the original item, which was out of our control. A free replacement was sent as a result.

An item arriving damaged isn’t what we expect and are sorry to hear this.
However, photographic evidence is required, as is standard practice for any warranty claim.

Additionally, parcel protection was available at checkout, which, if taken out, would have also allowed you to claim for any loss, theft, or damage - again, provided proof was given.

Unaccceptable delay

Ordered at the end of December on the basis of a 2-4 day delivery. Was advised by customer service they needed to wait for a warehouse restock which would happen w/c 13th January. Goods arrived a month after order and only after I chased customer service twice. Their advice was to buy a different buggy which they did have parts for.

We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment in the service you received, this isn’t the experience we aim to provide. Which as a returning customer, you will know this — your previous order was dispatched within 2 days of being placed.

However, to address your points, and as we explained, the delays were entirely out of our hands due to a change in supply chain terms which affected the whole of the U.K.

While we did initially advise w/c 13th Jan as that is what we were advised. A backlog due to the holidays caused an unexpected delay, which we apologise for.

Your goods were always due to be dispatched upon re-stock, which they were.
This process is entirely independent of any follow-ups.

At no point were you advised to buy a different buggy that we had parts for. What we actually stated was ‘we are exploring the market to find other brands that are readily available’.

We completely understand that delays are frustrating, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Replacement fabric cover Innopet Sporty Deluxe

I ordered a replacement fabric cover for my Innopet Sporty Deluxe stroller which was originally purchased from another supplier in UK. The zips of the original cover never seemed to work properly from the start and failed just a few days after the 1 year guarantee. This replacement cover feels better from the start and the zips are working well. I did contact the original company to enquire about a replacement cover but they never responded. Silver Circle Pets
responded within 1 day and were extremely helpful and polite. Whenever I emailed to check for updates on the stock coming from Innopet they responded promptly. I would therefore shop with them again and recommend them over other UK suppliers of the Innopet Sport Deluxe. Thank you!

Innopet comfort stroller rain cover.

Received the rain over for my Innopet Comfort stroller, was disappointed that it didn’t come in some kind of case/ wallet to protect it when not in use. I haven’t used this item as yet due to snow & strong winds hence the low rating.

Fast service. Kept me informed re. ordering/delivery process. Did not need the item as obtained for free from the manufacturer through warranty but swift refund process. I would revisit Silver Circle Pets in the future and recommend it.

I’m sorry to hear that you only received part of your order. Especially as the warehouse had been instructed to send out the rest of your items.

We weren’t aware that you hadn’t received the rest of your order until we received your message.
However, as noted in our email auto-reply, our customer service team isn’t available at 6:30 p.m. on a Sunday, and the warehouse is also closed on weekends.

Although the warehouse didn’t offer an explanation for the delay, they apologised for their mistake and any inconvenience caused and have sent the remaining items.

Innopet cozy stroller

Excellent experience dealing with Silver Pets. The information on website was very informative which helped my decide on my purchase. Price was competitive and delivery was quick.

Exceptional customer service. I thought one of the wheels of the Petique Apollo Pet Stroller was faulty. I contacted Customer Service who provided guidance and after trying again the wheel was fine.

Misleading website and poor service

I recently purchased a large pushchair for my dog who only has a few weeks to live.
I wanted to give him as much outdoor time as possible.
When purchasing the website said 'in Stock' and 'Free Delivery' and I also emailed the company immediately to explain the urgency and the situation. It was only days later that I found out that the pushchair was actually being shipped from The Netherlands, so what I thought would take a couple of days ending up taking 9 days - which obviously ate into my dogs time considerably.
I was then contacted on day 5 by UPS and told that I was also expected to pay an additional customs charge of £62 before I would receive the item.
The only mention of this was a note at the end of many pages on the website saying 'DDU to be paid' - misleading if you do not deal with customs and have no idea what this means - especially as there was no mention of it even coming from outside the UK.
This was a very disappointing shopping experience overall and in hindsight I should have just purchased from Amazon and received it the next day!

As such, each product has a sole page, where all information and required delivery terms are explicitly stated in plain language, and expands in full detail on this.

As was communicated to you at the time, your order was processed with urgency, though we are unable to expedite orders.

Furthermore, as stated in our FAQ, which was also provided to you in our correspondence, we utilise warehouses across Europe.

The delivery time frame is clearly indicated on the product page, stating 7 to 10 days for delivery. Your order was provided with free delivery and delivered within this time frame.

We will use your feedback to improve in ways that may be possible.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed - no beds received despite being in stock! Assured beds would be with us and 5 days later not even with Royal Mail - tracking provided and no goods dispatched .. email apologising and stating they “should” be with us soon ,,. But can’t expedite - can’t speak with anyone and had medical appt hence need for the beds for our pup .. assured .. not impresssed - not impressed was recommended the company and seems - also from previous reviews items may not actually be available!!!

Update; items left in garden all weekend as arrived too late despite Nico advising Monday that they would be there within 48 hours for Thursday - they arrived Saturday - two days too late … they were waiting for the “dispatcher” Of the products .. to send them!

I was under the impression they are “in stock” and sent by silver circle pets … it seems not!

I now need to return £130 of items as we had to source alternatives last minute .. but have to request via a dedicated link which takes you to the shop app and now have to wait for them to approve the return before returning at my own cost - items packaged separately so two costs to return .. I wouldn’t recommend this at all - it is complicated - convoluted - items it seems come from different sources and not silver circle and communications are sporadic if at all .. on top of that there is no phone number or way of communicating with the store!

However, the delivery time for your order, as stated on the product page, is up to 10 days. According to the Royal Mail tracking information, your dispatched order was delivered on the 9th day, which is within the expected timeframe.

As mentioned in our FAQ, which was included in our response to your email inquiry, we are unfortunately unable to expedite any orders.

However, the order still arrived ahead of the timeframe indicated on the product page, which is there to help manage expectations.

We’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction of the returns process, but it is part of your secure customer account. Our returns policy is in-line with The Consumer Contract Regulations and your refund has been issued.
