This company really cares for its customers.
Customer service was excellent, they took time to fully answer my questions about the dog back pack and reassured me about returns etc. They told me of arrival times and advised me of the next shipment etc. I felt fully informed and confident with this company. It arrived within a few days.
The product itself is the ‘denim fun dog back pack’ for small dogs and is of excellent quality, extremely well made and sturdy zips and clips and strong fabric etc.The solid base and soft removable cushion means it’s like sitting on the floor for my dog and she can thus sit comfortably for the short periods that she may need to go in the pack such as on short bike rides.
This is a great product from a very good company.

Absolutely brilliant service and communication when my order was found to be out of stock , they immediately offered a small discount and were quick to respond throughout as I had been victim of scamming before, the team were very sympathetic and were able to alleviate my fears around this situation.So pleased with the dog stroller I received. They went out of their way to update me on expected delivery dates, which is rare. Thank you

Amazing company
I cannot praise this company up enough for their help and assistance in choosing the most suitable front wheels for our dog. They were quick to respond to my emails and sorted any issues out that we had concerning the size of our dog.

Great product
Quick delivery, great product, quick transaction confirmation and communication via email when I requested a rough date for delivery. My one critic would be a notification when item would be delivered. Item was delivered by courier and courier contacted me on day-no notice and no delivery date given by silver stork. But I would definitely order from silver stork again no question.
