I wish I’d called simplicity sooner, so simple
The lady I spoke to Grace totally understood why I needed to to this, and understood my decisions, it was easier than I thought, I wish I’d done it sooner, been putting it off for last couple years,
I feel totally at ease and it’s a massive weight lifted, I’ve spoken with my son , he totally understands my decision, anything I won’t be having anyone there, I’ve asked my son and daughter in law to take my ashes on holiday when they go and release my ashes at sunrise into the sea, so between us personally e we will have our own little service, I love the sea, and the universe and we can still have our day ,
I’m so glad I made that call , so relieved my son won’t have to go through all that when I’m gone, he’s 40 with kids, and has been to too many funerals over the years, it’s too stressful, he totally understands my decisions, I have mobility problems for years and do go out or have visitors for years, there will be no putting on a show to be done,

Genuine care and compassion when it mattered most
When my mum passed away, I wanted to find a cremation provider that would treat her with the dignity and respect she deserved. I chose Simplicity because their approach felt straightforward, understated and genuine, without the constant advertising I’d seen from some other providers.
Yes, they were the most affordable option I found, but that was never the deciding factor. What mattered most was the care my mum would receive.
From start to finish, I felt that Simplicity genuinely cared. At a time when everything felt overwhelming, their kindness, sensitivity and professionalism made an incredibly difficult experience that little bit easier.
Losing my mum has been the hardest experience of my life, and I’ll always be grateful for the way Simplicity treated both of us.

When there is no family
I first used Simplicity when my father died. The company was so new no one had heard of it. The procedure was simple but professional and I had no qualms about relying on them again recently when my son died. Now there is no one to deal with my passing it makes sense to use Simplicity knowing everything will be done as it should be.
